I had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and cleaned daily, making it very comfortable. The staff, especially the lady who assisted me, was incredibly helpful, arranging a tour for me. The Wi-Fi in the room was strong, allowing me to get some work done without any issues. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cat Ba.

I stayed at this hotel with a friend for three nights, and we found the staff to be polite and very accommodating. The manager was extremely helpful—he could probably use some extra support, but he kept everything running smoothly. The location was excellent, and while the breakfast was just okay, the coffee was great, and the pancakes were super satisfying.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach and the town center. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you need. We were here 2 nights. Everything was fine. Cheap, big, clean rooms and good view of the bay. A helpful and friendly host made the stay very pleasant. Located at a relatively quiet location on the main Street.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms and nice views. It felt very cozy and relaxing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The service was excellent—quick and efficient. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were very accommodating when we asked for late check-out. The food at the hotel was delicious, especially the seafood. We loved the fresh fish and prawns, and the breakfast had good variety too.

We planned this trip for a long time, carefully choosing the places to visit here. Luckily we booked this hotel. Our room was a sea view room, spacious and comfortable, the bed was clean, very soft, not uncomfortable at all. The breakfast here was also quite delicious. I was very satisfied with this trip.
