The room is bright and clean, with convenient transportation nearby. There are large supermarkets and many local snacks, food stalls, etc. nearby. Hotel located 5 minutes walk from Haifeng station. Walking distance from the arrival point of the limousine bus (van) from the old town of Hanoi called Hoang Long Express I used. However, it is a little difficult to find because the first floor is a parking lot and the front desk is on the second floor. There are many restaurants around the hotel and there is no problem with food. However, I walked around to hear people, but I couldn't find a currency exchanger... After all, I exchanged money at the front desk. The rate was not bad. It was a kind staff to arrange the Halon Bay tour. It was about 4000 yen per night, but the room was large and comfortable and I felt that it was a hotel above the price.

Receptionist attitude is quite bad. We arrived at 5 pm and receptionist look tired and seemly not wellcome us. He saw me get out from car and have luggage but he went to the hotel but didn't open the door or helped me to bring luggage. In the next day, I went to restaurant and had breakfast. There was noone in restaurant only our family but we had to wait too long for our breakfast. I hope your hotel will improve your service and employees.

Recently rebranded as The Tray Hotel, its location was right in the city centre, which was conveniently to travel around. My assigned room was facing a small lake (or might be a canal) that was quiet and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was tasty, however, during my stay, it was temporarily relocated on the 8th floor without any notification.
