I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and overall I had a very good experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. The only area that could use some improvement is the guest rooms, which feel a bit dated and would benefit from a renovation. There’s a noticeable contrast between the modern appearance of the hotel and the older style of the rooms. That said, the room was comfortable. The bed was great, the shower worked well, housekeeping was reliable, and I had no issues during my stay. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options that were consistent every morning. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the gym, and it absolutely met my expectations. It’s well-equipped, open 24 hours a day, and it ended up being the facility I used the most during my stay. The swimming pools also looked large and well-maintained, although I didn’t have the opportunity to use them. Overall, I had a very positive experience. The staff were friendly, polite, and professional, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel, whether you’re traveling for business or leisure.

I booked a spacious room for only 450k VND/night, and late check-out was 50k VND/hour. The receptionist was super friendly, and the security guard was nice. The hotel is clean and the location is convenient. Even though there was road construction, I walked, so I still had a shortcut. It's within walking distance to the food area on Le Loi street and Luong Van Can market. There's also a pretty good snail stall near the hotel.

The location is pretty good, with many cafes nearby. It's just a few minutes' walk to the very center of town. There's also a shuttle bus to Cat Ba Island not far from downstairs, so it's convenient to just walk over and catch it.

Very satisfied! The location is excellent with plenty of dining options around the hotel. Hai Phong was a pleasant surprise of a city, and this hotel was too!

The apartment was great, especially for the price I paid. The staff were attentive and pleasant. The view was beautiful. The location isn't super central, but it's close to convenience stores and the streets are breezy. The pool gets a perfect 10. The facilities are a little old but perfectly functional. The kitchen is well-equipped with a microwave, oven, pots and pans, etc. There's also a washing machine. The space feels cozy. My family really enjoyed it.

The hotel is quite new, and the overall environment is comfortable with high-end facilities. My stay was initially very pleasant. However, something very troublesome happened during check-in. Without my confirmation, the front desk staff directly charged my room fee to a previously saved credit card (did the card machine automatically store the credit card information?). However, I had already prepaid my room fee through Trip, so it shouldn't have been charged again. And they shouldn't have processed the charge without my confirmation and signature. Fortunately, I noticed it immediately and reported it on the spot. But then they said they couldn't process a refund immediately and it had to go through the finance department. So, I asked them to send an email confirming the double charge and promising a refund, as it would be quite inconvenient to deal with a double charge after leaving the hotel. This incident prevented me from enjoying my breakfast properly. I suggest the hotel strengthen its payment procedures. Any credit card charges or debits should always be confirmed with the guest first to avoid double billing and to build trust in payment security among travelers.

The room is spacious, airy, fully furnished but some equipment is quite old, the dressing table lamp is broken and does not turn on, there is no night light. Location near the center, convenient for traveling, there is a place to park motorbikes.

Than is just a few seconds away from Hoang Van Thu Bridge, which is perfect for a nice morning or sunset walk. The room is very new, clean, and fully furnished. The only downside is that there is just a curtain separating the bathroom from the rest of the room, so privacy may be a bit limited. There is no elevator, but the stairs are easy to climb, and the staff are happy to help with your luggage. I also tried the soursop tea at the café downstairs, and it was AMAZING. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely give it a 10/10!

Clean, good service, has an onsen (hot spring bath) – just inform the staff at the lobby if you want to use it. Good value for money. Delicious food.

The location is excellent, very convenient for getting to various places. The hotel is clean and the room facilities are very complete. There were 8 of us traveling, and we booked 4 rooms: 801, 803, 807, and 808. Each room was slightly different and had its own unique character, which everyone enjoyed. We will definitely book again if we have the opportunity to visit Haiphong again. Full marks and highly recommended.
