Near JR station, good location but room is a bit small for a family of 4. cannot have big luggage due to space. You can collect toiletries from the lobby.

The location was next to JR station & morning market. In the night there’s lot of restaurant and bar nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Hakodate station and the bus terminal. From there you pretty much have all the transportations you need to go to every single corner within the city. Location is unbeatable, breakfast is decent with mini seafood don. Onsen is also available for guest and free of charge. Overall a pleasant stay. P.s. airport coach time table attached for reference. Very close to the airport and it takes only 20 mins departing from the train station.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Location was unbeatable, just beside the JR Hakodate train station. It even has its own mini shopping district called Hakoviva. Room was just right for 2 adults and the bed was comfortable and soft. Bathroom was spotless. One drawback was that as we booked the cheapest twin rooms, they were just beside the elevators so we could occassionally hear the opening and closing of the elevators. We hardly used the bathroom as we went to the indoor onsen every night. The indoor decoration really resembled an old style building with lots of wood and decorations on the walls. As the onsen was shared with a fitness club, it could get very crowded in the evenings between 7pm to 10pm. The hotel was gracious enough to allow us to change rooms for the last 2 nights to twin rooms that faced the sea. The view was wonderful and we had a clear view of the train station right outside our rooms. However the air-con in these 2 rooms had some loud whirring noises every now and then so we turned off the air-con. Overall, we loved our stay at this hotel and will not hesitate to choose this hotel again for our next trip!

Strategically located at JR station with a Lawson as well as a few eateries within reach. Market is 2 mins walk and popular brickhouse is about 10 mins walk. There is an onsen on the 2nd floor for in house guests. The bedroom is spacious with 2 single and 2 tatamis. Only downside is internet is very bad as they do not have internet for individual rooms - it is a mass usage for everyone with a single password.

The location is great, and there's an onsen within this hotel. However, we found the onsen area to bit a little to stuffy since it's an indoor only onsen and the onsen temperature was too hot for us. Surprisingly the hotel offers free ice pop for guests to enjoy after the onsen which it's a plus as the La'Gent hotel at Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto did not offer free ice pops.

The best ever customer service experience I had with this hotel. I left an electric toothbrush in the room after check out and continued my Japan trip to Sapporo. After I informed them via email, not only that they found it but they mailed it to me to my hotel in Sapporo at a min cost. The package was carefully packed and delivered. This made a wonderful experience for me on Japan.
