The hotel facilities are OK. The lobby lounge has wide beds and free drinks. The room was clean and well equipped. The restaurant provides Japanese and Western cuisine for guests to choose from.
First, the location is far away from the city tram station, which is a little inconvenient.

There is a wide variety of food for both breakfast and dinner. I felt that the crab and Tokachi cheese were unique to Hokkaido. After bathing, they served complimentary drinks and ice cream.

I hv requested a king size bed when I booked 6weeks in advanced my stay but they didnt give me a king size bed. The room is tiny with a corridor and separated shower area and toilet. I feel the room design is not efficient and uses up many space which doesnt allow guests to open the luggage. Onsen was good. Their water makes the skin soft and smooth. Because of its hotel capacity there are many guests and onsen area is quite crowded. Breakfast was excellent but they close shape at 9am. You are requested to hv breakfast at either 7am or 8am. That is too early for me. In general nice stay but could hv been better.

Breakfast and dinner were an absolute surprise.
Although the quality & taste are not high-end, the styles are enough to compensate... & all day free coffee....

The location in Hakodate is very quiet. Parking is convenient. Someone will immediately greet you in the lobby. There is also Chinese service. The room is large and clean. The buffet for dinner is rich and unlimited supply of cantaloupe.

The cp value is high, the breakfast is very local in Hokkaido, the ingredients are fresh and generous, it is worth staying, one of the good choices for accommodation in Yunokawa, the only disadvantage is that there is no bus directly to the door, dragging luggage from the tram or bus station to check in is very tiring ~

Great value for money!!
