The staff was very friendly and kind. We stayed in two rooms which the air-con didnt seem to work. The front staff offered two fans for us. The facilities are definitely very dated. I think people are booking this hotel because of the breakfast and the staff. There is late night DIY ramen, quite fun for kids to do themselves. And it actually tasted pretty good.

Super awesome! Although I booked one-bed room, the counter still offered me two-bed room for free. Let me have a larger space to make my luggage well. Thank you so much, give me a unforgettable memory during my first trip in Hokodate!

Extremely satisfied. This hotel is perfect and very good value for money especially if you drive as the parking space is plenty and free. Room comes with a small but comfy bathtub. Free soft drinks and coffee in the lobby, late night DIY ramen for free too. Breakfast is brilliant for a 3 star hotel. Most guest and Japanese I noticed.

Quite old hotel, and a little far from the JR station (walking will take ~13 mins), but the breakfast is great and the room is decent size. From the window, I can see the ocean side. Considering the price I paid, I am happy with this option.

Service was really good; there’s shio ramen that you can cook yourself for supper, and also karaoke! Location was slightly further from the JR station, but it was a good walk!

It is within walking distance from Hakodate Station, and within a 5-minute walk from Matsukaze Station on the tram. There is a Seico Mart and a drugstore right after you get off the tram. I think it might be a little inconvenient if the weather is bad, but considering the price, it's good value for money! I was surprised that there was alcohol in the welcome drink server. It was a little weak, but I thought it was a rare service. The shampoo and conditioner were from POLA (you have to bring it yourself like other amenities). As other reviews have said, the bath had some age-related dirt, but the room was spacious and it was within the acceptable range for the price. However, I think the nozzle of the washlet in the first floor toilet needs to be replaced... The breakfast was delicious, including seafood and corn tempura. Another plus point is that you can buy a 1-day tram pass at the front desk. I would like to stay here again when I visit Hakodate.

The room is clean and quiet at night. It is only a few hundred meters from the hotel to the nearest beach, about ten minutes to Hakodate Station, and about twenty minutes to the famous Hakodate attraction Kanemori Warehouse. There is a Chinese restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, which is convenient for eating.

When I checked in and found out that it was the end room, I thought it was something special. It was a big surprise for me. The room can see the sea and can hear the planes taking off and landing. Another advantage is that it is very fast to go to the city in 10 minutes.

The hotel is ok, a little far from jr station. But you can get there by tram. A little old, but everything is clean. They provide bicycles and free ramen (once in the evening from 22 to 24)

It's a bit far from Hakodate Station, but close to the tram. The hotel sells tram one-day tickets that can be used to travel around Hakodate. The room is far from the elevator, but the area is large. The buffet breakfast can be bought at the front desk, which feels okay. It may be the off-season, so there is not as much as advertised. Laundry detergent is free at the front desk, and there is free ramen to eat in the evening.

The room is quite big. It is rare to have such a spacious room during your trip to Japan. You can see the sea view and walk a few steps to FamilyMart to buy food. The breakfast is delicious and the service attitude is very good, but the room is too old.
