It was helpful that they showed us a map of where to eat dinner. The breakfast was also delicious, with salmon roe and cod roe.

The best thing about staying here as a family was being able to enter and exit the parking lot as many times as we wanted. Breakfast and a large communal bath were also available, which was great. The bath at night was too hot for children, so we couldn't let them in!

It was clean, the bed was wide and comfortable, the view was great, and the breakfast was delicious.

It is located very close to Goryokaku, so even at night, when returning to the hotel, you can easily find the hotel without getting lost by looking for the Route Inn at the top of the building. There are famous ramen shops and hamburger restaurants on the way from Goryokaku Tower to the hotel, so the location is also very good. When we returned to the hotel, there was a hot spring on the top floor where we could relax. The staff at the front desk and in charge of the parking lot were also very polite. If we come to Hakodate for sightseeing again, we would like to stay at Route Inn Grandia Hakodate Goryokaku. It's convenient for going to Goryokaku, but a little far from Hakodate Station! Also, it would be nice if the check-out time was 11am!

The location was great and there was a hot spring, so it was very nice. I requested and we were given a room on the top floor, which was very helpful.

There was also a public bath and it was nice.

It was great. I still want to use it. I stayed for the Hakodate marathon, so it would be nice if you could have breakfast early.

The cherry blossoms were in full bloom and it was the best.

I was almost satisfied, but it would have been great if the public bath was a little larger, the windows weren't cloudy, and I could see the scenery. I was surprised that the rice was automatically arranged by the machine at the time of eating. There is no hygiene and no loss of time, which is nice.

There was a line at the front desk at the time when it was just crowded when I arrived, so I waited for about 10 minutes. It was a polite explanation, but I thought that waiting time would be reduced by simplifying it.
