Breakfast can be delivered to the room, or you can eat at the morning market. We chose to have it delivered to the room. There are three time slots: 7:00, 8:00, and 9:00. There are Japanese sashimi sets and seafood donburi, as well as Western-style meals for children. The quantity is quite large. As a result, I have to eat dry food every morning, and I can't eat at noon. I have to eat again at 3 o'clock, and the morning market is basically closed at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. There is a kitchen with kitchenware, a large refrigerator, a microwave, and a large toilet with dry and wet separation. There is a sofa, a dining table, and a coffee table in the living room. It is very convenient

This is a very rare apartment-style hotel in Japan. The rooms are equipped with different functional areas such as the entrance, living room, kitchen, bathroom, shower room, bedroom, etc. All kinds of kitchen utensils, electrical appliances, tableware, etc. are available. It is within walking distance from JR Hakodate Station, Kanemori Warehouse, Hakodate Bay, Hakodate Mountain Cable Car Station, etc. Turn left when you leave the hotel and you will reach Hakodate Morning Market. The hotel can also book breakfast and dinner. If the breakfast is Japanese style, it is actually booked directly from the restaurant in Hakodate Morning Market and delivered directly to the room. In comparison, it is cheaper than going directly to the morning market for breakfast.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the station and the city. There are 2 bedrooms, one is a formal bedroom with twin beds, and the other is an extra large bed separated by a sliding door. We didn’t have the materials to lend us any pots. Although we didn’t order the Michelin Sukiyaki pot, we were able to pack it back to the hotel and enjoy it. It was perfect.

The name of this hotel is a bit strange, but it is highly recommended. It is a serviced apartment, very large, and you can cook. It is very close to the morning market.

Typical apartment hotel. The kitchen facilities in the room are very practical. The quadruple room booked can be divided into two bedrooms, which provides good privacy. The hotel is not far from the JR station and can pass through the bustling market. There is an AEON supermarket 10 minutes away from the hotel, which is very suitable for buying some semi-finished products and wine to go back to the hotel for a drink. Facilities: very good health standard good environment Service standards

The rooms are comfortable and the location is very convenient. The living room is spacious and the bathtub in the bathroom is large, which is very suitable for families or good friends to stay together. The service staff are friendly. It's a pity that I only booked for one night. Next time I have a chance, I will choose this hotel to stay a few more nights and enjoy it!

A huge studio apartment with sliding doors separating the beds from the living room. Every room has a balcony (and probably a bath too) facing Mt Hakodate. Note: there is a park opposite and next to that, a new build is going up so lower levels may have an obscured view in the future. I don’t like using AC so it was excellent having fresh air flowing through the balcony screen door all day. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony too. Staff were lovely. Most of my interactions were with a young man (the only male?) who was very helpful in English. Lawson and 7-11 downstairs, one minute walk to Morning Market, five minutes to station.

Good location for sightseeing, shops and restaurants, right by the morning market. Very friendly helpful staff with good level of English. Clean, comfortable, spacious, well equipped room/apartment. Even though older style we liked it. The balcony with table and chairs was a nice extra. Parking on site for a fee. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel feels more like an upscale condo than a hotel, not sure if it was converted to a hotel at some point, or was built this way. But it certainly feels different from other hotels I have stayed in Japan. First of all, the rooms are very big, with a full living room, a dining table, a kitchen, a semi private bedroom, and a home-quality bathroom. I felt like I was living in my own condo instead of staying a hotel. It was a unique experience. I know Japanese people care a lot about their bathing experience and it was nicely reflected in this hotel. The bathroom was equipped with a digital panel used to control water temperature and level in the bathtub. I only saw this in a Japanese home before but never in a hotel. They also had a water-proof tablet that allow you to watch TV while in bath. Again, something you can only see in Japanese homes but not in their hotels. If you read the booklet in the room, you would be see how the staff came up with this and other ideas to enrich the guest experience. No wonder this hotel is so highly rated. Then there's the view. I think every room in this hotel faces Mt Hakodate and on higher floors, you can get an unobstructed view to the whole south side of the city. The room came with a balcony, so you can enjoy the city view leisurely at your doorstep. The only downside of this hotel is that it doesn't offer a luxurious breakfast buffet like some other hotels nearby do. But located just next to Hakodate Morning Market, you can easily get your breakfast there. It's also just a few minutes to Hakodate train station, so the location is really good. Overall I think this is a great hotel that made me enjoy my stay.
