Very good hotel

It’s up in Gora, so I have to be non biased on this one. The location is not fantastic, but there are shuttle services ferrying you to the train station. The buildings kinda old, and there are 2 separate ones where you have to go over for onsen and/ or dining. Onsen is small compared to other ryokan. Overall, it was a memorable experience for me, if not the best one yet.

Very nice ryokan, food is delicious and onsen is great! However, it’s located is on an upslope and difficult to get there with luggages/ rainy day.

It's so kind and the hot springs are really good. It helps me recover from all my fatigue. ㅎㅎㅎㅎ It's close to Owakudani so it's good for sightseeing. ㅎㅎ

After reading the website introduction, it is a hot spring hotel with hot spring water flowing from the source! There are service staff who can give English introductions. The room introduction and catering are very considerate. The homemade tofu for breakfast is very delicious, and the dinner is also delicious. It is very convenient to take the mountain cable car from Gora to the park and walk a short distance to get there. The various facilities of the hotel are also very convenient. I would like to praise the hot springs. It is obviously much hotter than ordinary hot springs. It can only last about five minutes at a time, so I soaked in small amounts many times. The scenery outside the window is also very good. I can relax by blowing the mountain breeze on the outdoor windowsill. I would like to stay here next time I come to Hakone!

The location is really bad....really.....don't even think about walking there. It's really uncomfortable..your knees will be ruined. The hot springs aren't that great either....

It's about 500-600 meters to the cable car station and you have to climb a slope. There's no scenery around, it's just very quiet. To be honest, I think the hygiene is average, the carpet in the corridor is dirty, the hot spring is very comfortable, but the hygiene of the hot spring is average. The room is quite comfortable. Although there are many varieties of breakfast and dinner, the ingredients feel average, a bit like a big pot of rice, haha. How to say it, for this price, I think the experience is average.

This hotel in Hakone is really worth recommending. It is only a few kilometers away from the Owakudani attractions and the hot springs are of high quality. Surrounded by the Hakone Museum of Art, Gora Park, and the cable car. The mountains and forests are dense, and the scenery from the room window is beautiful. There is an independent hot spring pavilion and a hot spring pool inside the building. The large glass directly faces the jungle. The small outdoor pool is blocked by a fence, but you can see white clouds drifting across the blue sky. The dinner and breakfast ordered at the hotel were exquisite and delicious, both beautiful and delicious.

The variety is good. The old man in the restaurant is very considerate. He asks the hotel every day to prepare hot dishes and meals on time. The guy at the front desk was also extremely enthusiastic. He didn't bring an umbrella on a rainy day, so he sent us to the station and gave us an umbrella. We didn't take the money to buy an umbrella, and he took the trouble to help us book taxis and reservations.

I went there the day before. I received it at check-in. The welcome tea was very warm and relaxing. The staff was polite, the food was delicious, and the quality of the hot springs was also good. Gora Station and Hakone Park are also within walking distance. It was also convenient for transportation. If I have another opportunity, I would definitely like to use it again. thank you very much.
