This is my second stay. I am very satisfied. The air in the mountains is fresh and the hot springs are great. It takes about 2 hours to drive from Tokyo. It feels like a paradise here. I like it very much.

The room is clean and tidy, the hotel environment is good; the scenery is beautiful! Convenient travel! I like it very much!

A high-end and slightly older hotel. After all, hot spring hotels also have a sense of age. The restaurant is a little far away so we added breakfast and dinner. All are relatively high-end food and services.

When we arrived at the hotel, there were other people's luggage in the room. Then the service staff's English was mediocre, and after a long communication, they changed rooms and upgraded them to a larger room. Breakfast: Japanese style is very average, it is recommended to choose Western style. Hot spring: a very small outdoor pool, similar to a Northeastern bathhouse. Don't have high expectations. Environment: Very quiet and conveniently located next to the bus line.

One of the few hotels with European-style architecture in Hakone, the hotel rooms are relatively large. Although the hotel is old, the facilities are still well maintained. The hotel breakfast is a Western or Japanese set meal, but the service staff is like a high-end Western style. The restaurant also provides services; there is a Hakone Tozan Bus stop on the road in front of the hotel, and the stop name is the name of the hotel (Hananoki-Hakone Highland Hotel Station). The hot springs provided by the hotel are also good.

It's easy to get to by bus from Gora Station, and although it's a quiet place, there are delicious restaurants nearby. However, the staff did not write down your name and just told you to sit down and wait, so you had to wait for a long time. A little angry, but other staff were very friendly Overall, the hotel is old but very clean and nice.

The hotel environment is very good. Although it feels a bit dated, the hot springs ♨️breakfast🍳 are very good. There is also an outdoor hot spring pool. There are also courtyards and large lawns in the hotel, which are relaxing and feel like a vacation. Although it is a bit far from Gora (about 20 minutes by bus), it is very convenient to have a bus stop right at the door.

The hotel is located in the Hakone Hot Spring Tourist Resort, nestled in a forest garden. The air is fresh and the environment is quiet. It is a great place for relaxation and a dream resort for older friends.

This is a hotel where you can relax whenever you go. I was satisfied with the food, hot springs, and massages. I also like that check-out is at 12 o'clock, so I can take my time in the morning.

The room is a little small, but that's a Japanese feature. The hotel is elegant, the hot spring is comfortable, the service staff is gentle, there is a bus stop at the door to go to Gora to take the cable car, it is very convenient, the glass museum is very close and can be reached on foot. I will stay again if I have the chance.
