Hotel’s view was very nice but service was quite bad. I got skin rashes and itching problems because of unhygienic bathroom and expired body wash. Won’t recommend this hotel in future. Bad service

The hotel is located in a very high staircase. It is not recommended for the elderly or those with heavy luggage to stay. The room facilities are average and the cost performance is not high.

If you are an independent traveler, you can contact the hotel to send a shuttle bus to pick you up. There is no food nearby, so it is best to have a full meal before going back to the hotel. Apart from the remote location and the hot springs having a lot of impurities, there are almost no disadvantages. It is suitable for two people to live together. The entire three-story building, you can see Mount Fuji right outside the window, it’s really beautiful.

A charming ryokan in the hills above Lake Ashi. My husband and I stayed in an apartment style unit with tatami rooms with futons. We enjoyed the onsen (indoor and outdoor). Breakfast (extra fee) was a traditional and delicious Japanese morning meal. Our unit had a beautiful view of the lake and Mt Fuji. It's a little remote which was wonderful but you'll want to eat before you settle in and pack snacks and tea or coffee for morning. The people were friendly and helpful. You can arrange to be picked up at the Kojiri Terminal. I would stay here again.

Breakfast is delicious and worth booking. The boss can speak Chinese. The scenery is very good, it’s best to drive here, the boss will pick you up even if you don’t have a car. The only pity is that the room and bed are a bit old.

A few days before I arrived, I received an email informing the hotel that I could pick up and drop off. The hotel responded at that time and asked me to contact me again on the same day. However, the hotel never responded to me until I checked out. It was raining heavily when I arrived on the first day. It took about ten minutes to walk up the mountain road from the bus station to the hotel. When I arrived, there was no one to greet me for a whole hour and I had to spend the entire hour in the rain. Finally, I had to be notified by trip.com before someone came to pick me up. The clerk did not even say a word of apology or introduce the hotel or the hotel. Room facilities. The facilities in the annex are relatively old, and the bathing facilities are starting to rust. There are no products related to washing your face after bathing. If you stay for more than one day, they will not provide an extra set of bath towels and toiletries. You have to ask. The store stated that it does not provide free room cleaning service and will have to pay 4,000 yen. The place is deserted. You can't even think of going out after dark. The hotel doesn't provide dinner, which is different from his official website. You have to prepare your own dinner. There are a lot of floating objects in the hot springs, which will make you itchy after soaking.

The breakfast is good, but you need to tell the boss in advance. The boss is Chinese, Korean, Chinese, Japanese and Korean. He said that the lobby is very good, but the location is not ideal. It takes a long time to climb up the mountain. It is difficult to walk. There are no places to eat or convenience stores around. , it is recommended to come by car. The Japanese-style rooms in our hotel have a great view.
