Reservation management is handled by a different department from the accommodation. When I contacted them to cancel, they told me in a strong tone that they were going to cover the loss from the hole in the reservation. It seems that they are more concerned about the money they can get in front of them than repeat customers, and I feel that their business is not in good shape.

Honestly, I don't know why the reviews are so good. The building is probably a renovated training center for a company. The room (Room 205) itself was good for two people. They gave us special room service (hotel suggestion). However, the timing of the meals was bad and we didn't enjoy the taste very much. Also, the alcohol was very expensive, even considering that it was a ryokan price. The large public bath was generally rundown and not cleaned well. The bathroom was just cold because of the season, and my friend, a nurse, was always worried that the elderly guests would get heat shock. On the other hand, the water was too hot to take a long bath. I also went to the open-air bath, but I took a route that seemed like it was for people involved, and I thought that's how it was. However, the quality of the spring water is very good. I really felt like I was in Hakone here. There were some good points such as the free shuttle from the station and the polite service of the young staff, but the service was not commensurate with the price. Maybe I expected too much from the photos and reviews on the reservation site. Customers have been pointing out peeling tiles in the large communal baths (both men's and women's), so it seems that improvements to the physical facilities have not been sufficient.

I used it as a summer vacation trip with my lover. Thanks to you, it became a good summer memory...! Details are as follows ↓ [Meal] As I heard in advance, both dinner (full course!) and breakfast are high quality and very satisfying ◎ The photo is the dinner menu for the summer of 2022. Does the menu change depending on the season? It seems so, so I'm curious about other times... The staff were also very nice, and they gave us a lot of introductions about sake and rice. The coronavirus is prevalent, and it was nice to be able to eat in a semi-private room. [Hot spring] We didn't have a hot spring in our room, so we used a private hot spring for 45 minutes. There are two private hot springs, so I'm worried that they will be fully booked! I didn't even say that. According to the staff, the turbidity of the water varies depending on the conditions of the day. We were lucky because we were able to bathe in pure white water. I also used the large public bath in the morning, but since there weren't many rooms overall and there weren't many people, I used it by myself (laughs). it's recommended. [Others] ・I requested a free shuttle from Gora Station by phone, and it arrived smoothly.・I don't think there was any part of the room that wasn't particularly well cleaned. It was spacious and the bed was comfortable and easy to spend.・The cheesecake prepared in the room is delicious! It looks like you can buy it.

The light of the corona sickness began to appear, and when I stayed there, it was full, but I rarely met other guests except for meal times. My family used a private bath, but I used a public bath, but there were no customers, so I was satisfied with the private bath. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly, and we had a great time. Speaking of one drawback, there were places where cleaning etc. were not paid attention to details, but I expect it in the future.

The room was beautiful and comfortable. The food is more luxurious than expected, and the quantity and quality are perfect. The public bath wasn't that big, but it was good. I'm glad to hear that the staff was very polite and helpful. It was very helpful to pick you up from the station. I would like to stay again.
