Both the room and public spaces were clean and nice. Close to the station and easily accessible by car are the best options I like the bath because I can use it comfortably. It was a bit disappointing that at check-in, there was no guidance on how to use the bedding, amenities, water, coffee bath, etc. Since many people are used to using it, there may be a feeling that they don't have to say it every time...

I checked in at night, but the front desk staff was waiting at the office but had a sign telling me to return immediately, which made me feel uncomfortable. Also, there was no explanation that you could eat breakfast for 550 yen or that there was a large public bath. The indoor clothes in the area where you get the amenities were so cluttered that you couldn't tell before or after you used them. There was no temperature setting for the air conditioner, which was difficult for me as I get hot. Even when I left the front desk in the morning, there was no response even though I greeted them in a loud voice. Cheap or bad, it was nothing but cheap. Will they be able to fight in Hamamatsu, where the hotel war is fierce? That's what it feels like. Maybe I won't choose it next time.

I called the front desk because there were 2 bags in the room that I forgot to throw away. They came to pick up the trash, but I used the room as it was, so I wanted a little service. Although it was a parking lot, I stopped at a fee with a service ticket, but I paid 500 yen without a discount. I was in a hurry, so I just went home, but it was a pity...

Second time using. About a 3-minute walk from JR Hamamatsu Station, there are many restaurants around the station, making it convenient for staying without meals. However, because the building is old, it is a little dim and feels a little lonely. Because it is a style to bring amenities from the front desk on the first floor, it is troublesome if you accidentally go to the room. Cospa is very good!

Facility is old but clean The problem is that the refrigerator in the room is noisy, but I am satisfied with the large communal bath. The breakfast was delicious and I ate too much. Limited quantity service only on Tuesdays Curry rice was disappointing even if I tried my best. Some of the stacks were very nice and some were cool. I would like to use it again because it is cheap.

宿泊費が安いので、贅沢は言えませんが…ベッドの周りに台が欲しいですね。まぁ、寝るだけの予約なので、仕方ないでしょ。フロント係の人は、親切に対応していただきました。

最寄りの駅からとても近く、快適でした。 ウェルカムカフェがあり、とても良かったです。

禁煙室に変えていただいたり、急な要望にも丁寧に対応していただきありがとうございました。また、きた時には利用したいと思います。
