I loved this place - directly across the street from May One, Entetsu, Act City, and the station, the location was great, and the service and facilities were impeccable for the price. Breakfast was simple but filling and healthy, they have an on-site public bath (small, but nice), and nice lounges to hang out in, I just very much enjoyed my 2-night stay. I will stay here again. I met some local friends and told them that they should recommend it to friends/family who might visit.

Good location, 5 minute walk to Hamamatsu station. Room was generally comfortable and spacious. Cleanliness could be further improved as I saw some hair leftover from the previous guests. Good if the amenities could include bathing salt.

It was close to Hamamatsu Station and the entire facility was very clean and nice. I also appreciate the one-drink service as a welcome drink. I didn't notice the 1,000 yen parking lot when I made the reservation, so it would have been cheaper to park nearby (there's a 700 yen 12 hour parking lot just behind the lot).

It was clean, the service was good and it was a comfortable stay. The food was delicious, but mostly Japanese. I think it would have been easier for children to eat if there were a few more Western dishes. I think it was reasonable considering the price. They also provided a welcome drink, although I didn't use it.

It's right in front of the station, new, clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious, there is a welcome drink and various other services, and the breakfast is even eel rice - very luxurious!

We chose this hotel because it looked nice and clean for two adults and one four-year-old child. The room was not that big, but the bed was large and good. The bed and pillow were a little hard for me, but it was clean, and the parking lot attendant, breakfast staff, and front desk staff were very kind and helpful, so if I stay in this area again, I will choose this hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and I was satisfied. The large public bath is crowded because there are only four washing areas, but you can check the congestion level in the room. The pajamas are sturdy, so you don't need to bring them. There are plenty of amenities, so it's good for those who don't mind. There are two chairs and an extension cord in the room, which makes up for the lack of plugs. The two parking lot attendants were very kind to us this time, and my grandson really liked it. Thank you very much. We look forward to working with you again!

The bed was spacious and I was able to sleep comfortably. There was a large public bath, so I used it, but there were not many lockers or places to wash, so it was a little crowded. There were plenty of amenities and the peach tea was delicious. It was close to the station, so it was a comfortable place to stay after a concert 💞

It's close to the station, clean, and overall there are no problems. The only thing I would say is that the bath and sauna could be a little bigger so there would be more space.

It's worth the price. I wanted to buy an umbrella because of heavy rain, but they insisted on renting it. It would be nice to have more flexibility.

The hotel is located near the station, only a five-minute walk away. The room is small but clean and convenient. Everything that should be there is there.
