I nice and friendly hotel

Room was clean, but the television did not work, and there were stickers stuck to the refrigerator and microwave doors. They looked like a child had done that.

This was middle of the road. No food, coffee, water or anything. Room was clean, area was safe.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in over 20 years. The parking lot and lobby were full of trash. The hallways were musty and smelled overwhelming of cigarette smoke. Our toilet wouldn’t flush, the shower was dirty, and everything was unplugged when we arrived in the room, so it was dark and sweltering. I had to pull out the dresser to plug in the television and refrigerator. At about 11 pm, people attempted 3 times to enter the room, where it was just myself and my 9 yo son. On the third attempt, the door unlocked and slammed open against the slide lock. Had I not had it locked, they would’ve been in my room. I’m assuming they must have had a key. I called the front desk (the phone was extremely crackly and I could barely hear). I told the man that someone was trying to get into my room and he said “okay, hold on a minute.” I sat on hold for 10 minutes, scared out of my mind and he never came back on the line. I have never been so scared or felt so unsafe in a hotel. I recommend you NEVER stay here, especially if you have children. The staff clearly care nothing about the safety of their guests. How could someone not check on us?! Horrid experience.

Terrible. When came back last Tuesday night, sewage in tub and toilet. Room smell was aweful. Had to move to different motel. Cost me more money. Moved to comfort inn in Hamburg. Better by not by much.

The area was not great - people loitering outside made it feel somewhat uncomfortable.

The first room that I was given smelled like cat litter it was disgusting and the second room I was given was very rundown and outdated. The shower had mold on the walls, and the room smelled very musty and old… The carpet had several snags and loose threads all over and it just needed updating.

It was a good stay. I’d definitely revisit.

Housekeeping failed for two days to clean room and supply clean towels. Had to ask twice before action.
