1. the coffee machine in the room is leaking 2. the room service didn't come even after putting up the sign for cleaning it is definitely an overhyped hotel ... really nothing fantastic to mention about the hotel except for ample car parking space

Because Franziska ignores me, I'll try this way. First of all, we were rudely approached when checking out, there was no reason for this at all, but the lady clearly does not enjoy her job. After checking out I discovered that my keys (car keys, office and house keys) were still in the room. Because I had checked out, I was not allowed to watch myself and a colleague of hers went to watch. She came back with the story that there was nothing there. Luckily I was able to start my car via the app. Once home I called and the keys were found. I had to purchase a DHL shipping label and forward it. This is what I did. Franziska then claims she shipped the package but DHL never received anything. I've been trying to contact her for weeks now, called like a 100 times. First I contacted colleagues on the phone and I was emailed back with weird stories that the package was probably at the customs office. But the package is never registered in the DHL app. Apart from the fact that a new car key costs 250 euros plus the rest of my key and alarm system from my office, I find it worst that I am treated this way for no reason and being ignored. If you don't like your job, find something else and just treat people nicely. I hope your manager reads this and contacts me because I won't let this go.
