It was quite a distance from the airport terminal, and it took about 20 minutes to walk there while rolling a small suitcase.
There was a supermarket nearby so it was easy to buy groceries, but there was no refrigerator in the room.
As is often the case when booking through a hotel site, two men ended up spending the night in a double bed (lol).
The breakfast was very delicious. The shower had good pressure.

I left immediately. The carpet is completely dirty. There is water in the bathroom and the tiles are almost falling off the wall. I was offered another room, which wasn't much better. When I expressed my displeasure, I was told that I should book a 5-star hotel next time. I think you can expect a clean room for 3 stars, and €120 isn't exactly cheap! I will never book this hotel again. I thought that this standard didn't exist in Germany anymore.

That was terrible experience stay at this hotel. The staff unfriendly at all. Hotel entrance door closes at 11pm. Inside the room broken shower, TV not working, properly dirty. In 5 days no one clean my room and not changed towels.
Not recommended that hotel.

Overall hotel is fantastic the staff were so polite and room was so clean, breakfast was not bad. And moreover airport was so near by and had an amazing stay. If you are looking for an airport hotel it would be the good one If i come again in hamburg i m gonn stay again.
