Good location but air conditioner and microwave didn't work.

The facilities are great. There is nothing lacking. It is well equipped with utensils for eating, so it is very convenient to go there. However, I didn't receive a check-in email, so it took 3 hours to open the entrance. I solved it well with the help of a kind person named Do-gil. Since it is an online check-in, you need to check your email and check your key number before arriving at the hotel. Unless you want to wander outside like me.

It is needed at reception because people cannot call the phone because they are deaf, when they arrive early how can they leave their suitcase to go for a ride in a car. An apartment is very good and close by by metro

Hi, despite Benny's best efforts in Berlin, I was NOT able to complete the stupid check-in procedure with my cell phone. Only a nice man from the restaurant helped me with his mobile phone, which took about 1 hour. Turns out I was using the Mi browser and not Chrome!!!! In addition, I had no internet on the way and only got the check-in data from Benny. So much too late!!!! This impersonal, anonymous check-in procedure is just annoying, not customer-friendly and time-consuming!!! I will only book another hotel with a human at the reception!! What would have happened if I hadn't got human help??? Was I then allowed to sleep in the foyer? Otherwise the room was okay. Only no drinks etc. were refilled.
