Good location opposite the main train station. Easy to get around the City with many restaurants nearby. Room is on the small side but everything was modern and clean.

The hotel has a very convenient location, very close to Hamburg main train station. The reception and lobby area is very beautiful and elegant, with an old-fashioned charm. My room was a good size and very comfortable and well equipped. I would happily stay there again in future

Well, the hotel left positive feelings, great location, service and cleanliness, breakfast was expensive so, we didn't book it. Cons: There was no fridge in the room, and small room space.

My room was the furthest away possible from the lift. It was in a corner, corner shaped, I felt awfully cramped. There was NOT A SINGLE DRAWER IN THE ROOM! THERE WAS NO WARDROBE IN THE ROOM. There were only 3 hangers to hang my clothes, EXPOSED ON THE WALL. Awfull experience, I feel cheated. I will never use this hotel or trip again. And will block trip.com from being acessed from within my company.

This hotel is very well located, clean with good Service. Breakfast good as well and above the expectations.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 3 night stay! The rooms are so warm and clean and the location is just perfect- literally across the road from the central train station! You can walk everywhere from the hotel or take the train anywhere in the city and direct train yo the airport only 30minutes! Would happily stay again ❤️

When you leave Hamburg Central Station, you can see this hotel sign on the building diagonally ahead to the left through the trees. The exterior is beautiful, but as you would expect from a Hilton hotel, the lobby is impressive and satisfying.

Positive is/are: * the location, almost right next to the theater * the beds The room is not particularly big for the price. Negative: * the drafty air conditioning * the toilet. When flushing, the basin fills up almost to the top when you press the short flush and then drains extremely slowly. To be on the safe side, we didn't even use the long flush. We noticed this from the start (Thursday), and reported it to the service staff on Saturday morning. But nothing happened. That spoils the pleasure of staying at the Reichshof, especially since we assumed that the problem must have been there beforehand.
