Wurden vom Nachportier mit Unterhemd und Handtuch um den Hals empfangen. Klimaanlage gibt nur ein laues Lüftchen ab. Hausschlappen, auch auf Nachfrage gibt es nicht.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und hatte sogar eine Couch. Die Einrichtung ist nicht modern aber es war alles in Ordnung und sauber. Toller Fernseher. Im Bad hatte es eine Wanne mit niedrigem Einstieg zum Duschen. In der Tiefgarage war immer ausreichend Platz. Das Frühstück habe ich nicht gebucht, da ich den Preis für Reisende mit Verpflegungspauschale nicht attraktiv finde. Aber direkt gegenüber ist eine Fußgängerzone mit Einkaufszentrum.
Ich würde es wieder buchen.

Das Hotel verfügt über eine Tiefgarage, das ist praktisch, denn das Viertel, in dem es liegt, ist ein wenig herunter gekommen. Dafür liegt es ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, man kommt sehr gut in Richtung Hamburg. In meinem Zimmer (202), das nicht den Anspruch hat, einen Design-Preis zu gewinnen, gab es sehr viel Platz, mit einem kleinen Sessel und einem Schreibtisch. Es gibt zwar keinen Wasserkocher oder eine Kaffeemaschine, aber einen Kühlschrank, den man übrigens öffnen muss, um an den Safe zu gelangen. Auch das Bad war großzügig, die Dusche ist in der Badewanne. Hier gefiel mir der starke Wasserdruck, wenn man ganz aufdreht, muss man den Duschkopf gut festhalten. Der Frühstückraum ist im 90er Jahre Stil gestaltet und gut gepflegt, wie auch das Buffet, an dem es kontinentales Frühstück, ein wenig Gebäck und Müsli gibt. Kaffee steht in Kännchen bereit, man wird aber darauf hingewiesen, dass in der Lobby auch die Maschine für Kaffeespezialitäten genutzt werden kann.

Ich muss sagen, für ein 4 Sterne Hotel war die Lobby schick aber der Rest , tut mir leid da habe ich schon in weit aus niedrigeren Kategorien geschlafen und die waren besser dran.

The hotel felt empty, I had a very good greeting by what appeared at first to be the only person that worked there. I soon realised that the restaraunt in the hotel was not open in evnings to eat and there was not a bar to get snacks or drinks. I had to go out into town to try and find somewhere else. The breakfast was a lot of money for not much choice it was a few yoghurt and cereals and white rolls with slices of meat or cheese. For an 8am breakfast there was me and one more guy. The room was very warm and the airco that was in the room didnt appear to work well. Anyhow it was clean, the room was warm so didnt sleep to well and the breakfast was not good... the staff were fine and the place was clean. If you have no were else and you need to be in this area then this is ok but if you have multi days on business then I would recommend to avoid and look for something else..

WiFi was very poor throughout my stay, at times not working at all, which is a basic requirement. Evening and breakfast menu was limited.
Aircon worked and kept the room a comfortable temperature and the hotel was a convenient walk into the office and to local shops. But the WiFi issue was unnecessarily frustrating and means I won’t book again.

Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Hatten uns nach einem Musicalbesuch auf ein gepflegtes Abendessen und einen gemütlichen Ausklang des Tages in der Bar gefreut. Leider war beides nur ein Wunsch. Der Koch war plötzlich ausgefallen. Ein böser Sturz war Schuld. Es war auch kein Ersatzkoch aufzutreiben. Na ch einem auswärtigen Resaurantbesuch suchten wir uns ein gemütliches Plätzchen in unserer Hotelbar. Aber weder ein Longdrink noch ein Cocktail waren im Angebot. Ein Bier und ein Wein waren dann unser Abschluss, und das auch nur bis 22.30 Uhr. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Die Zimmer sehr sauber. Beim Frühstück hätte ich mir etwas frisches Obst gewünscht. Aber wir sind ja bald wieder abgereist. .
