大家出國注意不要踩坑！！網上宣傳的房型跟實際入住房型完全不一樣。而且酒店也不道歉。房間小無空調。我已投訴！！國人在漢堡受到這樣的不公待遇！我不想多講，下圖是實際情況對比，大家慎重選擇！！！

Historical place on a nice location with view at the harbour. Breakfast was amazing (but expensive) and the breakfast/restaurant is beautifully decorated. They have a nice terrace outside.

Wir kommen seit einigen Jahren immer wieder ins Hotel Hafen Hamburg. Für uns ist es jedes mal wie ein bisschen Nachhause kommen! Der Empfang wie immer total Freundlich und entspannt. Wir haben auch dieses mal ein Zimmer in der Kategorie „Kapitän“ mit Blick auf den Hafen und die Landungsbrücken gebucht! Die Zimmer sind grosszügig eingerichtet,wunderschönes Grosses Bad. Die Betten sind für uns etwas zu Hart und die Kissen zu weich,aber dies ist ja auch immer Geschmackssache! Etwas schade finden wir jedoch das es im Zimmer weder Kaffeemaschine noch Wassekocher gibt… Der Blick auf den Hafen,einfach ein Traum! Wir könnten den ganzen Tag auf dem Balkon sein und einfach schauen und es würde uns NIE langweillig werden! Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt,man ist zu Fuss in wenigen gehminuten am Hafen,der Reeperbahn,dem Fischmarkt etc. Es gibt auch einige Restaurants in der nähe die zu Fuss gut erreichbar sind. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht dazu gebucht da wir beide nicht die grossen Esser am Morgen sind… Wir kommen definitiv wieder und empfehlen das Hotel weiter!

Rude staff, they don’t know their job very well, customer service 0, they didn’t check us in on time (at 3pm) and asked us to return later, we had a job to do and in our return at 11pm, they allocated wrong rooms (against what we paid for and asked) and said we cannot changed it and if you don’t like, you can go to another hotel. Simple! Without saying sorry! Dont expect a nice room with any view, it is a waste of money!

Schön gelegen, aufmerksames Personal, das gilt auch für das feine Restaurant. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber praktisch eingerichtet mit liebevollen Details und alles ist sehr sauber. Kann das Hotel auch für alleinreiswnde sehr empfehlen.
