The hygiene is impeccable, clean and tidy. The location is very good, Barmbeck has S bahn and U Bahn, and the central train station can be reached within 15 minutes.
The surrounding environment is quite quiet and the sound insulation is also very good. The only drawback is that the water flow sometimes suddenly becomes hot or cold when taking a shower. Note: Free water is only available on the first day.

The hotel is very modern and really big, it has a huge number of rooms!
Everything was fine. The only thing which could be improved is the air conditioning/heating. I stayed here in November and the heating was just too strong. Despite following the instructions on how to adjust it, it wouldn't work.
At the end we had to sleep with open windows, which is okay but since the hotel is so close to the train station, it can get loud.
The area Hamburg Barmbek is great, it has a lot of coffee places, supermarkets, and also the Museum of Work, which I totally recommend

Very friendly reception, clean room, storage space in the modern bathroom a bit poor but OK, relatively small towels...basically nothing to complain about, gladly again

Excellent hotel, such great and friendly staff, the management can be proud to have such people on the team, I come from the hotel industry and know how difficult it is to find good staff. The price-performance ratio is great, the only small thing I want to note here is that it's a shame that the prices on the website are much more expensive than on the platforms.
By the way, everything was new and super clean.

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the Barmberk subway station, with two large supermarkets next to it and many restaurants nearby. The only thing I was not satisfied with was that after staying for 10 nights, they only made the bed and the trash can, and never cleaned the floor.
