Front desk is understaffed, queuing is needed for most of the time especially check in and check out peak. Service is good though. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice.

A good and clean hotel in a good location and access to the city center, metro and... Everything was fine except my room didn't have a good view, my key card didn't work with the elevator when I got back to the hotel the receptionist wasn't there and I had to use the stairs to get to my room on the 4th floor. The pool and sauna were disabled and I didn't see anything about it on the booking website (Of course I didn't look hard because it's a normal feature for a five-star hotel and I expected it to be clearly stated).

Nice hotel, good design. Clean. Considering to be Good Location. Nice people, good service at front office, bell captain. Good service in Restaurant, Room Service. But hotel only gives me soap and other bath equipments the first day. Later just put empty bottle of soap, empty bottle of shampoo on my bathroom.

Best hotel in town with the best service !

Environment: The newly renovated hotel has a nice environment. There are local restaurants around the hotel and beautiful river views. Facilities: The room is very spacious, with lots of storage space and a big bed that is very comfortable!

The location is absolutely excellent. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Even the normal room is very large. I think it will be our regular hotel in the future. Great breakfast with a great view

The room was nice, basically in line with my aesthetic taste, and spacious. The location was great, close to the canal, a few minutes walk from the town square, and you could see the old town hall and Lake Astor directly from the room. In addition, the Hafencity, the departure area, was also a 10-minute walk away, and there were many attractions to see along the way. However, for a five-star hotel, the breakfast standard was horrible (normal four-star level), but the breakfast of the Steigenberger chain in other parts of Germany was not good enough.

There are 2 free glass bottles of drinking water in the room. The refrigerator is empty and is for guests to use. The bath water is very good! The water pressure is extremely high! Every detail is very German, except for the socket on the desk. If your converter is on a long desk, it will not work and will get stuck, but it does not affect it.
