Very nice hotel. The service was very friendly. The room has a beautiful design but space was a bit small. However, I would definitely book it again. The bar offers also very good drinks and food.

The hotel is new, and the decoration is very tasteful. It is not recommended in the past five years. I started to have a headache on the second day of my stay. The price is not expensive, and the breakfast is also ok. If you only stay for one or two nights, it will be fine, but it will be very bad for your health after a long time. Traffic is also ok, there are 2, 3 and X3 nearby

Zu weit vom Hafen/ Innenstadt weg. Schönes Hotel, Zimmer sind sehr klein. Frühstück ist lecker. Allgemein ein gutes Hotel, empfehlenswert

Tolles Zimmer, sehr sauber, reichliches Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Gleich um die Ecke ist die Bushaltestelle. Damit kann man Richtung Rathaus, Fischmarkt oder anderes fahren.

Quiet, modern, clean and good value for the money. Maybe not a very central location though. But otherwise great.

Room was clean, cleaned everyday, location was fine easy bus into Hamburg central too was a nice stay!

Everything was perfect! The hotel crews were nice, the breakfast had various selections and delicious and the room was super clean. I was worried about the bed bug problem but there was nothing! It takes 20mins by bus to access central Hamburg and this area was quite calm and quiet. Also bus comes every 10mins so you can easily access to popular sightseeing spots. The parking lot is right next to the hotel so we didn't have to look for it! It was super convenience. I will definitely stay in this hotel again when I have another chance to come back!

I’ve stayed in quite a few Leonardo hotels and this is really impressive. The reception staff are quick and personable. The rooms are luxurious and very clean. I also had the breakfast which had an extensive choice and was well worth the price. I can highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast buffet was great, 2 dining experiences and a visit in the bar were very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room („superior room“) was very small, nothing superior about it! However, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The only thing that was terrible was housekeeping. They did not really clean, they just made the bed and replaced the towels when needed. When the tissues were out in the bathroom they were not replaced. One evening I came back and the coffee cup was in the fridge! What were they doing in the room??
