Glasgow (Hamilton)

Stayed overnight before flying from goasgow airport as this hotel was half the price of other ones near the airport. Had evening meal and breakfast in morning. Evening meal was nice and they had a set menu at reduced prices you could order from aswell, bit of a bargain! Breakfast was good but the black pudding was soaked in fat and inedible butt rest was delicious. Disappointed they never had buffet as advertised as we was in a bit of a rush and had to wait for it to be served to our table. Overall good stay only thing stopping it from getting 5 stats was the wifi, quite poor unless you paid £5 for the premium wifi. In this day and age at a hotel or anywhere really you shouldn’t have to pay for decent wifi

Can’t go wrong with a premier inn. Clean , comfortable with friendly staff. Breakfast is good and plentiful. Also well situated in Hamilton.

Arrived very near midnight, but still had excellent front desk service, staffer rushed up to make up the second bed. Comfy and clean. Didn’t stay long enough to survey the rest of the amenities. Affordable at about $139 Cdn for room that could sleep three. Iffy part of town, seemed sketchy late at night but more promising in the morning as folks were out and about on the streets nearby. Close jumping off point, just off the A723.

We stayed here for the Taylor Swift concert as we couldn't afford the prices in Edinburgh. It was easy to get to being situated just off the M74 but walking distance to the town and the bus and railway station (5-10 minutes walk). We were so pleased. Rooms were comfortable and clean, staff were amazing, breakfast was as expected. We used Happy Bus to get to Murrayfield which I would also recommend. This hotel represented excellent value for money compared with other similar hotels and if you are going to a major event and the prices are way to high in Edinburgh, stop here. Easy to get to, easy to get around, good links to Glasgow and Edinburgh. Staff always happy to help. I'd definitely return and also recommend for Glasgow venues as well. Bus and train station 5-10 minutes walk

The overall all stay was good the room was clean and did 5he job but one note I have to say is that on our last day they didn’t take the (full) bins and dirty towels but don’t be deterred by my review the room was big for my family (1 adult 3 children) but the above point is the only downside

Booked 2 rooms (family and double) Given wrong rooms which were on different floors so had to mess about swapping. One room was an easy access room(disabled friendly) which we didn’t need and didn’t appreciate the lower / shorter bed (note this was never mentioned at point of booking) Member of our family was 6ft 2 so didn’t have the best night sleep. Hooks missing of bathroom door so no where to hand clothes. Hotel was one of the noisiest premier inns we have stopped at which lots of vibrations through floors and walls. Other than that hotel was clean and restaurant staff friendly.

I was aware that there was an individual car park for hotel and understood I would have epark near by. The carp is right in front of hotel but finding entrance was a nightmare DON’T follow sat nav as leads you into one way system, bus gates and a blazing row between me and my husband. Once figured out was easy to find and hasn’t put us off coming back Hotel and staff brilliant and very central to town, hence the parking issue

The place is faultless. Pristine rooms. Perfect showers. Comfy bedding and extra pillows. Modern and decorated beautifully. This includes all corridors and adjoining Beefeater restaurant. Kettle with plenty of tea, milk, coffees available. Lots of mirrors , great lighting. The attached Beefeater. Superb. Everything readily available. Lunch and dinner offers. Great English breakfast including perfect butchers sausages!! Everything filled up , and labelled for easy use. Again faultless!

We stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights. Very friendly and helpful staff. I use a wheelchair and the facilities were very good. The bedroom was very equipped for a disabled person to enjoy their stay.
