This was the largest hotel room we had on our two week Australasia trip. Owner was super friendly and room was spotless. Breakfast can be ordered by 6pm and will be brought to your room the next morning, but we chose to visit local coffee cafes instead.

Excellent quality and amazing service from management. From the cleanliness of the room, kitchen facilities and bathroom to the comfort of the bed. Warm and cosy room such a bonus as well as having that long mirror on the wall. Lovely touch having the hot water bottle there as well. Incredible service provided by Graeme.

The hotel is so clean and nice. The owner was such a gentleman and helped us with a few special needs. Also, the room had some very nice little touches that all the chain hotels I stay with usually overlook. You can tell this place is ran by humans who care

Great experience, we were riding the Te Awa Trail and staying overnight in Hamilton. Graeme the manager had warmed the room up because he knew we would arrive cold and wet due to the rain. Such a nice welcome. He also stored our bikes safely in the garage overnight. The rooms have been recently renovated, very comfortable. Great value as well! The motel is five minutes ride from the trail and 10 minutes ride to the Hamilton Gardens
