Hôtel à taille humaine. Personnel très accueillant. Emplacement idéal au port. Chambres spacieuses, propres, certaines type bungalow. GrandePiscine mais pas d'équipe d'animation donc pas d'acquagym ni de water-polo donc idéale pour les amateurs de calme. Bouffe variée savoureuse et pâtisserie excellente

Concernant l'hôtel et la chambre: aucune remarque, propre et confortable Personnel très professionnel Le grand bémol de cet hôtel est sa plage, une mer très médiocre à la limite impraticable ! Un autre point négatif: la pollution sonore des bars et des restaurants face à l'hôtel jusqu'à 2h du matin voir même plus !

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Hasdrubal Thalassa & Spa Port El Kantaoui Hotel. They lied about the quality of our room, which was located at the end of the hotel and unbearably hot. The staff was unaccommodating and showed no respect for our religious beliefs regarding wearing a burkini. The overall experience was frustrating and uncomfortable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a respectful and honest environment.

hotel parfait pour une clientèle agée et fidèle, envie de revenir !!!! direction et personnel de grande amabilité , j aurais bien aimé que les magnifiques fontaines soient plus souvent fonctionnelles . le meilleur hotel de port el kantaoui !

. Propreté assurée . Ambiance calme . Chambre confortable . Personnel en "majorité" chaleureux et efficaces . Choix limité pour le buffet et les menus . Piscine entretenue mais échelles mal fixées . Jardin très bien entretenu . Plage propre et bien aménagé mais petite et la mer n'est pas top et limitée par des roches

chef de cuisine ou chef de plonge nourriture lamentable il y a pourtant des écoles hotelières le plus minable de la chaine même pas savoir réalisé une omelette c'est un comble digne d'une cantine bas de gamme en france cet hotel serait répertorié 2 étoiles correspond à la chaine Campanile
