Hammamet Sud Hotels with Free Breakfast

We are currently at venue until Friday! Criteria for 5 star hotel is quite complex so don’t understand when quotes like its not 5star or definitely 5 star , this is my hang on this property anyway !?! Overall good for a Tunisian hotel , our room, very modern , good size and the maid kept it immaculate during our stay of 2weeks . Food again was plentiful and on a weekly menu , fresh fish daily in the charcoal oven was amazing other dishes also good , the dinning experience is a slight problem ? manic and chaotic at around 1945 which spoils the ambience! No problem with drinks !premium brands for example Gordon’s gin or tanquary and bottled becks beer and excellent cocktails . The pool area is ok with lots of sunbeds which are beginning to show signs of stains and wear . The towel situation is poor with queues waiting for towels from early morning onwards but the biggest issue is the pool toilet , which is a health hazard, liquid comes through the wall floor joints , a cleaner constantly mops the floor trying to keep the liquid at bay! Apparently it’s the pool leeks but smells of urine to me Apart from them 2 major issues for me we had a good time and enjoyed the hotel but probably would not return as a bit to busy for us

I’m just back from hammamet garden I was there for a week from the moment I arrived at the hotel Sonia behind the reception was amazing she goes over and beyond to help you the hotel was lovely and clean my room was number 321 the cleaner was amazing she was always so happy, the animation team where amazing ramoz and poula work very hard they looked after us through out our stay nothing is to much for them and they work really hard, Wassim the waiter from the restaurant he’s always making sure you have everything you need, arbi the barman he looked after us and always with a smile the whole team are amazing but ramoz and poula they made our stay extra special thank you to all

BON HOTEL MAIS CRAFAR QUI SE PROMENAIT AU COULOIR ET CLIMATISATION INEXISTANTE Hôtel en générale très bien mais il faut perfectionner les détails. Inadmissible voir un crafar qui courrait sur le long du couloir et avec une température chaude se faire dire qu'on a le chauffage. On est sorti de l'hôtel pour aller ailleurs. La nuit on a dormi avec la porte du balcon ouverte pour la chaleure
