The location of the hotel is convenient for access. It is only a 30-minute drive from the center of Chicago. The hotel includes breakfast, which is quite rich. The hotel room is large, but the sound insulation is not good, and the sound of water is often heard.

Pros: -Friendly staff (particularly the woman who checked us in the night of Aug 26) -Comfortable, firm mattresses -Queen-sized beds -Functional design of room (lots of places to set luggage off of floor, hooks to hang things, chaise lounge) -Great breakfast with a lot of both cold and hot options (loved the crispy bacon and the one-button pancake machine) Cons: -Older property could use some updating/deep cleaning

The staff was friendly and check in was easy. The property is nice, but the room wasn’t clean. I told the front desk person, but was told the were the only one there to clean and check in??
