The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly!! But I feel very bad, yesterday I booked a hotel to stay, but I booked the wrong date, I contacted the hotel right then and asked to change it to that day, I rebooked to stay yesterday , and asked the hotel to cancel, but the hotel refused. i know it was my fault, but i had a good reason, and i canceled the day after finding out the date was wrong, and rebooked right after that, i will not return to the hotel again!!

Room was nice and clean. They were doing some construction (drywall work) when we arrived. The lobby was dusty but didn’t affect our stay. If we are ever in the area we would stay there again.

The location of the hotel is very good, and the price/performance ratio is very high. The room is large and very comfortable. The breakfast is rich, including eggs and sausages. It is relatively good and a good choice.

I go here often. The room and bed are clean. The rooms are modern. The breakfast isn't as good as before, but still ok.

There is a large safety concern regarding slippage in the bathtub. I had run the shower just prior to entering the tub. My right foot immediately slid out after coming in contact with the tub bottom which caused my left leg to slam into the tub's top. If I had not held on the safety bar a much more serious injury would have occured. The contact with the tub caused a large area of swelling and bruising. I suggest either a non-slip bath mat be provided or non-slip appliques installed for the tub.
Towels and washcloths provided were very rough and felt like sandpaper on the skin.
The iron for the room was missing.
Upon check out the next morning we relayed the short comings to the individual at the desk who stated that she will look into the tub issue, and knew nothing about the missing iron (said it could have been stolen?) Isn't housekeeping responsible for reporting missing items from a room??
Would not recommend this particular Quality Inn.
