一個老牌賓館，設施比較舊了，但位置好，絕對的市中心，並且在叢台公園旁邊，附近還有新世紀廣場，非常非常方便。賓館的服務員很熱情，性價比絕對高！

衞生狀況：衞生堪憂，地毯各種污漬，牆紙破損
地理位置：距離叢台公園不遠，步行500米即到，地理位置還算優越

房間寬敞，服務不錯，早餐很豐盛，口味也很好。有很大的停車場，停車方便。賓館就位於叢台公園旁邊，去叢台很方便。賓館設施有點老舊，估計使用時間有點長。
