After checking out, the front desk called and said that there were oil stains on the towel. If you don't go far, you can go back and wash it, or you will deduct 15 yuan. The theory is that there can be no stains. Besides, how can the hotel laundry room not even wash the towels clean, do you have to wash them yourself? The front desk said, we will check again.
Then I called again and said that there was no problem with the towel, and I had to charge another 5 yuan for using the bath towel. I told her that I didn't use the bath towel in the room, don't spend the money, the front desk said that we will check it again.
I didn't expect to meet ”black shop” today! I hung up a 4-star hotel, but I couldn't wash the towels cleanly, and I didn't know what to use. I was chasing after the money by phone. I was not afraid of charging a few yuan, but I was insulting the personality of the hotel guests.

我比較喜歡的是裝修風格，服務態度，包括打掃的阿姨們也是非常和藹可親。見了客户主動笑臉打招呼。應該是公司教育到位。
這些細節，客户有在看哦。尤其是我這種比較細的人。
我提幾條建設性意見供參考：
1）打掃要用吸塵器好好吸一吸。光用拖把拖沒用的。先吸，然後拖一下才好。還有，很多角落沒有打掃。還有沙發的縫隙。如果做不到每次，那最少比如説每週要有一次徹底的。不然會一直積累下去，比如我的床頭下面的灰塵和頭髮，沙發縫隙裏的渣渣……這些，你用吸塵器換個吸頭就能輕鬆做到的
2）最好能有個冰箱。第一次見沒有冰箱的賓館。
3）我掛着請勿打擾，但清掃的阿姨們完全無視。阿姨跟我解釋説酒店規定她們下班前一定要敲一下確認是否要打掃。這個規定不對啦。那還要那個牌子幹什麼呢？我掛了請勿打擾，就不要進來不要敲門。這個需要管理層改一下規定。
4）預訂的時候沒有禁煙房的選項，衹有兩個都可以的那種。但一定要單獨設定禁煙房。有些人，包括我，是超級討厭煙味的。我預訂的時候和另一家價格一樣的酒店猶豫的點就在於另一家明確説有禁煙房。我入住的時候還想着，如果這邊沒有禁煙房我就退掉去另一家，還好我這次的房間沒有煙味。
5）窗户裡外要打掃，擦乾淨。太臟了。

The first time I lived in Wu'an, I chose Mingxu International Hotel. It was a surprise. The hotel reservation price included breakfast and dinner, and it was a buffet. Although it is a hotel annex building, I also stayed for two nights. The hotel is located in the center of Wu'an. There are large supermarkets and large shopping plazas nearby. It is affordable. The only regret is that the refrigerator in the second house room has been moldy. The shower shower was seriously damaged. (Because the shower video recording time was less than 5 seconds and could not be uploaded), although the room was changed with the front desk, the front desk staff was loose, the hospitality was careless, the problem was blunt, and the tourists were very uncomfortable. The front desk management was not satisfactory.
