There are mosquitoes in the room, and they fly at night to bite people! The bites are all bags on the face.

After checking out, the front desk called and said that there were oil stains on the towel. If you don't go far, you can go back and wash it, or you will deduct 15 yuan. The theory is that there can be no stains. Besides, how can the hotel laundry room not even wash the towels clean, do you have to wash them yourself? The front desk said, we will check again.
Then I called again and said that there was no problem with the towel, and I had to charge another 5 yuan for using the bath towel. I told her that I didn't use the bath towel in the room, don't spend the money, the front desk said that we will check it again.
I didn't expect to meet ”black shop” today! I hung up a 4-star hotel, but I couldn't wash the towels cleanly, and I didn't know what to use. I was chasing after the money by phone. I was not afraid of charging a few yuan, but I was insulting the personality of the hotel guests.
Towels are consumables, even if they are dirty, they still use money to buy new ones? Is it unreasonable!

I ordered an extra large bed with a view and was very satisfied. The breakfast in the restaurant has many varieties and tastes good. There is a self-service laundry on the 9th floor. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel and Congtai Park is opposite. The location is also good. The ladies at the front desk had a very good service attitude. When they saw that we had children with us, they helped entertain them. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Handan. recommend.

The hotel I selected based on the rating on Ctrip was 4.9. Sure enough, I made the right choice. My personal rating is 5.0. The distance from the high-speed rail station is about 3 kilometers, and you can get there in just a few minutes. I arrived at the store at 10:30 in the evening, and the front desk was still very welcoming and offered a free room upgrade.
