I chose this venue because it was the nearest 5 star hotel to OMG activity park and also because we were celebrating my eldest sons 12th birthday. The accommodation was 5 stars amazing! Our room faced the peninsula and had a fantastic view. The bed linen felt very luxury soft. The food was top quality ingredients. The outdoor swimming pool is maintained to a very high standard. Finally the service was impeccable all round. Special mention goes to Sky who attended my every needs and made the birthday boy feel extra special! He prepared a birthday cake surprise for my son which turned the day into an unforgettable birthday. Many thanks to all at Conrad Tonglu

(XENOPHOBIC HOTEL, STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE NOT ASIAN) I stayed 2023 with my wife ( all amazing) then 2024 I take my mother and it was a nightmare. First day we check they asked for 4000 RMB for deposit, I give them my credit card and they charged me 3 times, 12,000 RMB, they said it was a mistake, no problem after that. The second night the manager came to my mother room at night telling her to change room 3 times, then my mother called me and told me that the hotel want her to take her out of the room, and I told her to close the door and don't pay attention. Then the next night we were at breakfast time and a guy came to our table talking loud and introduce him as Jone Xu, he asks us when we will be depart, we told him we will depart at 10 am, then he begins to ask the room numbers and we asked him why all this question at breakfast time, he said its normal, we were the only one in the breakfast room with that questions, Obviously is not normal, I have been in many countries and this is the first time I got assault at breakfast time. we were planning to stay 2 more days but the xenophobic attack make us leave the hotel immediately. I wrote an email to Jone Xu asking him for an explanation on why all the assault to us, he did not answer, then I email the reception asking for the money back from deposit and also ask them for xenophobic attack and Kevin Yang respond for the money issue but never respond for the xenophobic attack. I will recommend if you are not asian to not stay at this hotel.
