The location is good, near the subway station and downtown. The room was a normal apartment style and felt a bit old. The front desk was on the 12th floor of the building and I had to take the elevator up, but I didn't have a card key and couldn't get up there, which was confusing. Thankfully, the front desk staff was kind.

Chengxi Yintai has free underground parking, which is very convenient. The front desk has good business ability and the check-in is fast. The service attitude is also very good, which makes people feel very comfortable; the environment is comfortable and the room is large enough. I will definitely come again next time if I have the chance!

Very cozy apartment, some wallpaper/skirting/shower seals could do with a refurb, but the amenities etc provided in the serviced apartment was fantastic. Daily cleaning too. Not much English available. Location in new business district with heavy traffic so transport to and fro the city centre can be time consuming. Connected to a shopping mall with plenty of restaurants and small stores, multiple gyms nearby too. Very pleased

The surrounding business circle, next to Qingchun Yintai Shopping Mall, the hotel is on the 501st floor of Hangzhou Building, the underground first floor directly connects to the subway station, there are many snacks on the snack street, the front desk staff has a good service attitude, the room is clean and tidy, and the whole building is very safe, recommended
