Very satisfied with the hotel's facilities, especially the laundry room. When the clothes are dirty and need to be washed immediately, there are washing machines and dryers to get them done in 3 hours. I go out to do things while doing laundry, and when I come back, I get clean clothes. Thumbs up 👍

The sanitation and environmental services are very good. Xiao Yu and Xiao Hu at the front desk provided great service. I feel that the Ctrip rating is low. Opposite the hotel is Tianyu Mountain, and there is a greenway for walking along the lake. I will consider it again next time I visit Qiandao Lake.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The breakfast was also pretty decent. The bathroom was very clean and tidy. We ended up extending our stay. The location is really good too,it’s near the metro and close to a lot of malls.

This Fairfield Inn has maintained the consistent brand interior tonality, giving people a refreshing and pleasing aesthetic feeling. Located in Wulin Square, next to Hangzhou University, it has a superior location and convenient transportation. It is really good and worth staying. Perhaps because of such superior conditions, the hotel is full of guests. I went to the hotel to check in at around 3 pm and was told that the booked room type was not available yet... Of course, I also know that the lady with glasses at the front desk has done her best to help deal with it and helped upgrade the room type (but the room is in the corner room inside). In fact, I don’t reject this (it turns out that it is not very comfortable), but I have to take a bath and change clothes as soon as possible to go out for business, so I can only accept it... The room originally booked facing the West Lake scenery failed to stay successfully this time. I hope that I can successfully stay in the scenery next time, and it is not a corner room on both sides...
