The room has a view of the big lotus and Hangzhou Gate. The facilities are complete and the transportation is super convenient. It is next to the subway station exit and only takes five minutes to walk to the riverside, where you can see the scenery on the other side. The breakfast is unexpectedly rich and is open until 11 o'clock. Come to see the concert next time!

Huanpeng always gives people a warm feeling. The room is brightly colored and in a good mood. The facilities are complete, clean and sanitary, the environment is good, and the service is enthusiastic. I am very satisfied every time I stay. The front desk clerk Yunqi provided great service and upgraded the room type. The breakfast was very rich and I was very satisfied.

I give full mark on the service because the front desk allow us to check in early. Location is good, the Asia Game stadium and riverside walk is within walking distance. Going around town and tourist spots like west lake is within 30min by DiDi. Only dissatisfaction I got with this hotel is the gym. I understand not every hotel gym come with weight machines, but can you at least make sure the dumb bells set is a complete with full range of weight, not just 4, 10, 14, 18, 22kg.

Overall, I am quite satisfied with the accommodation. I upgraded the room. The room has good sound insulation and the large floor-to-ceiling glass is very bright. Breakfast needs to be improved. One morning, I felt stomach discomfort after eating it. Overall, it was okay. After all, the price is here. Sister Chen Wanmin who cleans the room is very enthusiastic and takes the cleaning very seriously. She really treats the hotel as her own home. There was a lady with glasses at breakfast who was also very enthusiastic. There is a lot to eat around, including Lao Yang’s small yellow croaker which is quite delicious. It takes about seven or eight minutes to walk from the subway entrance. It is very close to Hangzhou West Railway Station and Xixi, and there is a subway. It is more recommended if you live in the west all day long.
