The family came to Hangzhou to travel for a day on the Trip.com Internet. I felt that although it was very close to the South Railway Station, the price was OK, but because the above encounters online introduction and the actual situation are too big, I decided for one night! But when I arrived, I found that except for the fifth floor, there was no elevator, everything else was OK! Especially from the South Railway Station and the South Railway Station, the subway station is in the train station, we travel to the West Lake Olympic Sports Center, etc. are quite convenient, especially Hangzhou is particularly powerful, our three 60 to 66 elderly people take the subway are half price, more than 70 is free. You can change one-way tickets at the ticket office of the subway station with your ID card.

Hangzhou has a beautiful environment, the hotel's location is good, the traffic is very convenient, just next to Hangzhou South Railway Station, less than ten minutes walk, the room is comfortable and hygienic, the service staff is very warm and willing to provide all kinds of help. The facilities are very user-friendly, the network high-speed signal is good, and the scenery outside the window is good. Good value for money, will stay next time, the infrastructure of the room is very good.

This is my first time staying at Xiaoshan Kaiyuan Manju Hotel. I feel that the decoration and hygiene are quite good, and the breakfast is quite rich. What impressed me most was the beautiful girl named Yueyue at the front desk. She had a very good attitude and was very enthusiastic about changing rooms. She deserves praise. I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip.

The location of the hotel is a bit out of the way, but fortunately the transportation is convenient. The one bad thing is that the takeout cannot be delivered, so you have to leave it on the first floor to get it yourself. I like the environment here very much, the experience is very good, I recommend everyone to come and experience it. I have lived here for about a month, the environment and facilities are quite complete, and the bathroom is independent. The bed is also very comfortable and soft. I live in a 4-person room without windows, which is relatively quiet. The quality of my roommates is also very high. Everyone gets along very happily and it is very convenient. It is very close to the South Railway Station, only one subway stop away, and only a few hundred meters away from the subway entrance. 住了好幾次君亭，就是這次房卡給我的時候，我備註了不要了過道靠近電梯的，也口頭説了，結果上去出了電梯通道口第一間、下去換房換卡、上來打不開房門，又下去一趟、給了兩張卡，第三次才好…累了…這次的空調倒是給力。可能因為時間久了吧、希望設備維護跟上、其他都挺好的。酒店位置好，房間大

The hotel is not a 5 star but maybe 4. It is not well maintained it has a potential of being 5 star. It needs to be cleaned outside and change the carpets. The chef was great the food was good and stuff very friendly. Yvonne was very nice and helpful. The chef could speak English and very accommodative he is the best. The room service lady was so sweet. Just change the carpet and clean the hotel surrounding . The bar downstairs was great and the gym is ohk. Nice play area for kids

Good location across from the metro, but hard to access from the street due to construction. Hotel service was great, they upgraded us to a bigger room and gave us free drink vouchers. However, the bar staff seemed inexperienced. We ordered an old fashioned and they realized halfway through making it that they didn't have the right ingredients to finish the drink... so they just gave me bourbon on the rocks and didn't offer to make another drink because it was ”free” due to the voucher. Other than that, everything else about the hotel was top notch.

AAiyouwei456There is such a quiet place in the turbulent crowds of Xixi scenic spots. There are restaurants and teahouses outside, and there are ducks and wild reeds inside.
The hotel is very beautiful. The interior and exterior design is indeed a master's hand, simple and restrained, with a sense of design and wildness.
The hotel people are also very beautiful. The front desk is gentle and patient, the concierge is sunny and handsome, and the guest room is warm and friendly. The key is that everyone is sincere and enthusiastic.
This time I stayed in a courtyard room with good privacy. The small courtyard faces the wetland. There are ducks playing in the water on sunny and rainy days. It is really a healing holiday. Thank you for seeing it.

AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget.
Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment.
The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious!
Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration!
After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice.
To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel:

2. Nature and beautiful surroundings
3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages.
4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation
5. Amazing tea
Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

LljjjRoom: The room is quite okay, not too small but not too big. We can open two 24-inch suitcases in the room.
Air Conditioning: The air conditioning is the central type. You can adjust the fan, but the temperature doesn't seem adjustable. At first, we had to wait quite a long time to feel the cold air.
Amenities: Every day, they refill two bottles of mineral water for us. They also provide new slippers, a toothbrush, toothpaste, and shampoo daily. Towels can also be changed every day. There are about 4-5 sockets in the room. The sockets are designed for international use, so you can use them without a universal adapter. We found out on the day we checked out that the drinks inside the fridge were free of charge (there was a sticker on the fridge stating this), but it was too late for us to enjoy them. You should check this before consuming any items.
Shower and toilet: The toilet and bathing area are separated. The water pressure is strong, but there is only one hook inside the shower room, and it is quite high up (which might not be convenient if you want to bring your clothes inside to change). The toilet is a smart toilet with different functions like auto flush. However, the doors for the toilet and bathing area are semi-transparent (you can see inside, though not clearly). If you are staying with someone you are not familiar with, it might be awkward. Refer to the attached pictures for the toilet and shower area. Between the toilet and shower, they also use the same semi-transparent glass. Please take note if you are concerned about this issue.
Breakfast: The room we booked included breakfast. The breakfast options are quite varied, from Asian to Western styles. However, there is a peak period during the morning breakfast hours when you might not find seats. Check with the reception about the breakfast peak period so you can avoid it and enjoy your breakfast.
Transport: Although the metro seems quite near, it still takes about 15 minutes to walk to the hotel (we're not sure if we took the wrong exit or if there is a better option).
Laundry: They offer a free laundry service. You can use the washing machines and dryers for free. There are three washing machines and three dryers.
WiFi: They provide free WiFi, but if you don't have a local (China) phone number, you won't be able to connect to it. However, you can get help from the reception; they can assist you in connecting to the WiFi.

JJaymest WongA very new hotel. Very clean and bed also very comfortable. About 10-15mins walk from the metro station. There are a lots of food around and also can walk to West Lake around 15-20mins. If want to go other attractions places it is very easy to take the public busses around. Toilet very clean. Cleaning lady and man always on standby to clean. The room might be a bit small but everything is there. Bed is very comfy and soft. The centralised aircond system is very good so you have good ventilation although you are taking the bunk bed type. The common area also very big. Only 1 cons is the wall maybe a bit thin, if there are people who kinda selfish talking loud at the corridor you will have to bear with it and if happen your next door neighbour is snoring you might heard about it but all this can be settle by the earplug. Overall its very good and nice hostel with the price.

FFlyingNoodlesI recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express West Lake East Hangzhou and had a great experience. The hotel is in a perfect spot, right next to a metro station, making it super easy to get around. It's also close to beautiful spots like West Lake and Lingyin Temple, which are just a short trip away.
The rooms are really spacious, bed size are bigger than usual. Plus, they're super comfy, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it's a fantastic place to stay if you're visiting Hangzhou.

MMukulDear Trip Manager , Make sure hotel’s top management reads this message . I had checked out around 1.50 pm on 1st then gone to watch hockey match and after match directly drove to Shanghai. After Shanghai around 8.45 pm released I left my & families passport in locker of the wardrobe , locker was left open therefore no password required to open . I immediately called hotel’s front desk first spoke to lady she told exact locatio n of three passports. I waited for 20 minutes then called again this fine spoke to another person “ Wu” , he was more responsive and told he will check and assured to call back but he didn’t call back . I called after about 20 minutes he told he found a gold chain . This my gold chain I asked him again did he find passport he told “ no , think else was found “. Actually he didn’t send anybody to room to check . He lied ! . I told him to check again as I told him exact place of my passport. He said he will get it checked . I waited again for about 20 minutes again and called again spoke to him this time he told that another guest has checked in and therefore they cannot as guest is not in room . He told me to wait until guest comes back . Hotel’s housekeeping staff had found my chain in afternoon while cleaning and gave it front desk . Actually hotel should have called me on mobile immediately but wondering why this such kind of negligence . Absolutely disappointed. We kept on calling a few time until 1.15 am , my wife called atleast 10-15 times . Front desk staff kept on saying cannot enter room as guest hasn’t comeback . Meanwhile I had contacted via your app to three agents they said they will come back in one hour but nobody did …..!!! I had called around 1.15 am to hotel and told them I have no option to call police . Then Wu told he wait for 10 minutes , he called back and told to call police . I called 110 gave full information to police and with 10 minutes local police station called back to verify and after about 10-15 minutes I called Police again they said front desk has found my passports . If front desk had not authority to enter thek should have given option to call police and then they could enter room to search . Untrained unprofessional staff made me suffer for 4 & half ours . I will tell this story to all and will tell to all to never stay in this hotel ever …. Thanks

GGuest UserVery satisfied with the stay. Came to Hangzhou with friends. This loft is very suitable for us. There is a bathroom on the upper floor and one on the lower floor. It is much better than those chain brands. The area is also large. The layout is very thoughtful. I will come again next time I visit.
