Staff is very nice Fast check in Spacious and clean rooms Close to airport, a metro station at 50m from hotel, just one station to the airport or 25min by car. Breakfast really poor and not good for the few things propose compare to most hôtel of this range. I like Chinese food but its not good there. Ok though if you just need a simple noodle bowl for your breakfast.

小孙 at check in in wonderful. The check in process is smooth and fast and we are in our room in no time. It's a surprise that we got an upgrade on the room we booked. Thank you holiday Inn chang an. At departure, as our flight are early and way before the hotel breakfast is available. Thank again to 小孙 to arrange some simple take away for us. She sure does deserve a pad at the back for job well done. Make our stay at the hotel much more comfortable and pleasing.

Perfect room for family with kids etc... has a kitchen and bedrooms as well as a tv room with a couch. And a dining table. Pool is quite nice indoor pool. Room service was excellent.

A particularly satisfying hotel! Completely exceeded expectations, the room was large and the cloakroom was super **. The service staff was very good and efficient, because it was too happy to go to cp30 and check out late. I ordered three times room service The food was also good, and I came soon, a very, very pleasant stay!

I booked a total of four Intercontinental hotels for this trip, one Crown, one VOCO, and two holiday inns. Except for the first-class lake view, this holiday inn in Qiandao Lake is much better than VOCO in every other aspect! At least the room is much larger, so you will feel very comfortable if you stay there for several days. There will be welcome fruits on the day of check-in, and indoor table tennis and swimming pool will be popular. The breakfast is rich in variety and the quality of the dishes is very high. It is of intercontinental standard at first glance. The restaurant is so beautiful that many people dine on the terrace. It is worth mentioning that Ms. Hu from the reservation department was very enthusiastic. We called for consultation one month in advance. Ms. Hu took the initiative to introduce the room type and the surrounding environment of the hotel, and also helped me inquire about self-driving and camping routes. Thank you very much for your warm and thoughtful service!
