I arrived at Hangzhou East Railway Station at noon. I contacted the hotel front desk at the East Railway Station to ask how to get there. The guy at the hotel front desk patiently told me how to get there. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk service was also very good. I came early and no room was cleaned. He told me to wait a moment in the sofa area, and offered to say that coffee and tea are free there, which is great. The room was cleaned very quickly, it only took a few minutes, and it was upgraded! It was also very nice to get into the room.
