很人性化，下午6點0幾分打電話催退房，6.25發訊息説趕緊退房，不然要扣去一天房費。5分鐘後到前台退房時，很自然的扣了我一天房費，與其這樣就直接打電話通知我扣除一天房費就行，何必打電話發訊息催我，等我連忙下來後，一句話不説直接扣除一天房費。何必呢。
