房間乾淨衞生，交通也很方便，就在地鐵站旁邊，晚上逛完西湖回酒店直接睡覺。下次來還會選擇這裏。

這個過年爸爸媽媽來杭州，查詢一下這家酒店地理位置好，交通方便，離景區又近，比較了一下週邊的價格，覺得性價比非常高，後來又訂了兩天商務大床，西湖邊不缺高檔酒店，一晚上幾千元，寸土寸金的地理位置，很能理解。市中心老城區，杭州市公安局就在邊上離酒店不遠，老闆説定安路就是一定安全的意思取名的，酒店窗户都裝了防盜窗，非常安全，酒店衞生乾淨整潔，有窗户通風，無異味，衹有二層樓不需要電梯。有腿腳不方便的可以選擇住一樓，一樓底下有地下車庫，一樓相當於在二樓，很乾燥，工作人員認真負責，24小時有人值班，非常好的一次入住體驗與大家分享。

優點：緊臨西湖大道，地理位置好，門口對面就是地鐵站，公交站也近，出行方便，河坊街南宋御街步行即可。老闆熱情好客，積極寄存行李，床很舒服。
缺點：
1.設施不好，小旅館的配置。沒有電梯，雙標間床頭衹有一個插充電器的口。窗户臨街卻沒有鎖釦，空調根本不制熱，關了也絲絲響，衹能把插頭拔了。沒有香皂沒有飲用瓶裝水。熱水温度行但出水量不大。
2.房間不大，衞生間小得轉身困難，平台上的圖片都是真實拍的，大致過得去但衞生不好，浴巾毛巾還算乾淨。洗手盆有裂紋、鏡前架臟得銹跡斑斑。房間裏不知用的什麼劣質香精遮蓋衞生間的臭味，香得嗆人，我家人都有鼻炎，可受罪了，鼻子難受得不行。

房間設施齊全，出門就是地鐵一號線，步行到西湖十幾分鍾就到了，銀泰in77好吃好逛，購物吃飯一站式，特別想表揚一下酒店老闆，很熱情細心的人，幫我們一家人安排合適的房子，非常感謝

距離西湖很近，旁邊就是地鐵站，老闆人很熱情，房間性價比也高，通風陽光，通風，超市夜市都在附近，挺方便的，下次來玩還是會住這裏，推薦。
