The location is relatively remote, in the new district, but it is very popular. The front desk upgraded the executive suite. It was a realy nice hotel with great service but if your main reason for going to Hangzhou is West lake I would suggest looking for something closer (especially during holidays) because its quite far from the lake and railway station. Otherwise its great!

Ask the front desk for a disposable bathtub cover, and the children take a bath and play in the water. There is a swimming pool and gym upstairs, but we didn't bring a swimsuit and didn't go. There is a fish pond at the entrance of the hotel. You can feed the fish when you wait for the car. The online car-hailing is very good and it comes very quickly. TV programs do not have to pay. Good service, front desk, room service, breakfast restaurant service are very good. Personally feel that there is room for improvement: the hotel does not have a self-service laundry room, and there is a paid laundry service. This is not convenient. It may be because the five-star hotel is forced there?
