This time I was traveling in Hangzhou by car for a few days. The front desk upgraded me to a superior twin room for free, and I could also check out for free at 2pm. The room was quiet, clean and sanitary. It was really cost-effective to stay here during the Spring Festival. In addition, the service attitude of the guy No. 5 at the front desk was very good. He answered questions carefully and made people feel at home.

Zheshang New Century Grand Hotel is very good, with complete hotel facilities and a superior geographical location. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is rich, the rooms are clean and hygienic, the hotel swimming pool is clear and the water temperature is suitable. I will come again next time.

The hotel is not a 5 star but maybe 4. It is not well maintained it has a potential of being 5 star. It needs to be cleaned outside and change the carpets. The chef was great the food was good and stuff very friendly. Yvonne was very nice and helpful. The chef could speak English and very accommodative he is the best. The room service lady was so sweet. Just change the carpet and clean the hotel surrounding . The bar downstairs was great and the gym is ohk. Nice play area for kids

Very good stay experience, the old chain hotel is in a good location, the environment is good, the front desk Li Siqi Miss sister is active and enthusiastic, help register the license plate, parking is free, the room is large and clean, the air conditioning and cooling effect is good. It is worth mentioning that we originally wanted to set a non-smoking room, but there was no way to arrange it during the tourist season. The hotel helped us to do the smoke removal treatment, and specially arranged the air purifier, which did not taste at all. The breakfast was very rich and delicious. The children were very happy and the small stomach was round.

This hotel is a hidden gem..we went to hangzhou for our daughter’s birthday and stayed here for 3 days.. They gave us a room upgrade to a family room,they even surprised us with a birthday cake and a toy for my daughter.. The breakfast is also very good,lots of western options too..they have a play area for kids which is amazing! Only drawback is that its a little far from metro but if you are planning on going around using car then its no problem! Highly recommend this hotel for your next stay!

The hotel is very exquisitely decorated, the lobby is spacious and comfortable, Xiao Zhong at the front desk has a good service attitude and helped to upgrade the room. The room facilities and equipment are also relatively comfortable. There are also robots delivering takeaways. Overall, the stay is quite comfortable.
