The reception was very friendly and flexible when we changed our arrival date 7 hours before arrival. Free large car park on the other side of the river and 5 minutes walk. Our room on the second floor was 44m2 with a bath and very comfortable beds. At night you can sleep with your windows open as they are covered with a mosquito net. The only sound you hear is the river and waterfall. Breakfast service very friendly and buffet at 4 star level. For € 149,54 including breakfast and all taxes absolute value for money!

Absolutely delightful. The hotel is well situated in the old town. The room was absolutely delightful, clean spacious and well presented. The staff were excellent, informative and willing to assist. In fact they went out of their way to help. The breakfast spread was also brilliant, well presented with lots of options with everything being fresh inclusive of the free range eggs. The Hotel was happy to cater for gluten free. We will definitely be going back should we be heading that way again. 5 star rating in my assessment.

We had a very warm welcome from the male staff member at reception on arrival, he was really informative and he gave us ideas on the best places to eat in town. Our room was very spacious and comfortable and we had a view of the river that runs past the hotel. Our bathroom even had its own sauna. Breakfast was fresh and varied. There was work being done while we were there upgrading the pavement in front of the hotel which will look great when it is all completed. We had only booked to stay one night on our travels north but we really enjoyed our stay here. All the staff that we encountered at this hotel were warm, friendly and helpful making it a great experience.

Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und auch bei schrägen Wänden komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Fenster haben Fliegengitter, so dass man Sommer wie Winter die Fenster offen lassen kann, obwohl man direkt am Fluss wohnt. Sehr freundliches Personal

Wir waren nur zum Frühstück dort. Das Frühstück hat sowohl in der Qualität als auch Quantität deutlich abgenommen. Wir wahren um 9 Uhr dort. Das Buffet war um diese Zeit schon wie leergefegt...man bekommt die Speisen aber auf Nachfrage hin an den Tisch geliefert. Wo ist hier der Sinn eines Buffets?? Dann kann ich auch a la carte frühstücken gehen. Das hausgemachte Müsli im Glas hatte einen Stich, schmeckte säuerlich und war definitiv schon 3-Tage alt. Schuld war wohl eine Aushilfskraft,die das Gläschen mehrere Tage hintereinander immer wieder aufs Buffett gestellt hat, lt. Bedienung. Unglaublich....Ansonsten gab es keine Entschuldigung. Aufbackbrötchen gab es noch drei Stück, für jeden von uns eins...weitere gab es auch nur nach Aufforderung mit dem Hinweis, dass das Aufbacken aber 30 Minuten dauere.. Zur Info: bis zum offiziellen Ende des Frühstücks war noch 1 Stunde! Mit 19 Euro pro Person absolut schlechtes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis!

Tolles und sehr freundlich inhabergeführtes Haus in der Altstadt und direkt an den Flüssen. Kostenfreie Parkplätze mit Glück vor dem Hotel, sonst nur wenige Fussminuten entfernt. Charmant-gediegene Einrichtung der Lobby mit netter Bar, im Winter offener Kamin. Ruhige Zimmer sämtlich mit Blick auf Fulda und ins Grüne, Marmor- Bad mit entsprechendem Blick, auch selten. Hervorragendes Frühstück mit frischen Eierspeisen auf Wunsch. Eine unbedingte Empfehlung!

Die Lage direkt am Fluss ist sehr schön. DieParksituation eher schwierig. Wenn nichts frei ist hat man halt Pech und muss auf den öffentlichen Großparkplatz ausweichen. Zimmer sind in Ordnung, mehr aber auch nicht. Empfang war freundlich.

Wir waren Anfang September für 3 Nächte in dem Hotel. Hatten 2 E Bikes mit, die konten wir kostenlos in der Tiefgarage abstellen. Gewohnt haben wir in einer Suite , sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Badezimmer mit Dusche u. einer Badewanne. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett. Schön war auch zu jeder Zeit ein Kaffeevollautomat Wasser u. Tee zur kostenfreien Benutzung. Der Fuldaradweg hat uns am besten gefallen. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Vom Empfang, über die Zimmer bis zum Frühstück war alles Super. Sehr freundliches, aufmerksames und zuvorkommendes Personal. Gut ausgestattete Bar. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Nur an der Parkplatzsituation sollte gearbeitet werden.
