I tried to find a cheap place to stay in Hoan Kiem, but it didn't work out so I moved to this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable with no smell. The staff at the front desk were also friendly.

Ughhhh…unfortunately this hotel was not for us…bad location, the building is old, the furnishes were like we are staying in a motel instead of a hotel.
Unfortunately our booking was the non refundable one. We didn’t stay. We left after checking in 15 minutes. We moved to another hotel around old quarter area.

The room is quite clean. The soundproofing of the street-facing windows needs to be improved. It is a little noisy during the day, but ok at night. The breakfast is delicious. The waiter is also very nice. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

It's a nice hotel with a good location and reasonable price. It's a good choice if you don't want to live in the old town. The staff are very friendly and helpful, including the security personnel at the door who will also help open the door. They are very polite.
There is also a safe in the room for peace of mind.
