The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the location was great, and the room was spacious. However, the breakfast spread could use some improvement.

The service was great! I think the staff are really friendly and they really help out when you’re traveling solo. They communicate with you days before your departure and can help you plan out your itinerary incase you haven’t already. The facilities were okay. The food was okay too. The location of the hotel is great. It’s near the local market and it’s located in a place where you can find lots of foreigners as well!

It’s basic but clean and very good value if you’re on a budget but don’t want the clam out of hostels - great location near old quarter and hub of Hanoi for sightseeing - plenty of street food and tours in vicinity … very good , cheap and quick laundry service too! The staff were very helpful and cheerful also

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Peaceful and quiet place to rest out of the busy and bar street which is walking distance. Breakfast was simple and nice.

Amazing hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt like royalty because the staff were so attentive. Little touches like opening doors, carrying baggage, serving us drinks and seating us whilst checking us in. Staff very helpful. Room spacious. AC took a little long to cool the room but they supplied us with 3 fans to make up for that. Andy and the lady on the reception in the day were both incredible- helping provide great recommendations & both going above and beyond the whole stay. Will 100% stay here again when next in Hanoi due to the staff being amazing & location being very good.

The staff was great, they made sure my stay is alright. Always checking up on me so I feel taken cared off. Will stay here again should i go back to Hanoi.

Firstly, this hotel offers airport transfer, but they are also really near from the bus stop if you take number 86 directly from the airport (about 40 mins ride). The rooms were small but the bed was big. The bathroom had 3 different modes to bath which was really helpful. I loved that this hotel was walking distance to walking street and it was really accessible. Have many nice food around as well. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. They also can help with booking of tours but I already had it done. Definitely a nice place to stay if you are a budget. The cleanliness could be slightly better as the pillow sheets were slightly dirty.

Actually this is my 2nd booked but the experience is very different with the 1st one. We've got room with no windows and the AC is not cool while the price is more expensive with thec1st one.

The room is big as well as the bed. Location near lake and market, staff also very helpfull

Great location, short walking distance to everything. Very friendly staff and great service. Airport drop off taxi service is cheaper than Grab.

They were very friendly and always checking on me. Free breakfast, drinking water and coffee. Pretty big room with a minibar. Would ho there again=)

nice staff, good location, good breakfast, clean and cozy room. near the lake so very convenient to go for a walk, and many delicious food nearby.

Very basic and simple old hotel. Bed is just so-so. No space to put luggages. The closet door opens will block the narrow path.
