Super amazing stay with a brilliant location; Everything you needed within walking distance. Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful, made us feel very welcome.

Nice boutique hotel... the staffs are nice n friendly. Lots of delicious local food around the hotel.

Had intense renovation in the lobby during the one night we stayed but they said it should be completed in a week. Pros: Loved the decor of the rooms and everything was clean and comfortable. The recommendations the staff gave us were great picks and they were very friendly. Stored our luggage for the day after we checked out. Bathrooms were clean and offered toothbrushes, razors, cotton buds, etc. Cons: The hallways were a little bit dusty and didn't match how the insides of the room felt. They made it seem as if breakfast was free but we went up and it was not free and not a buffet like the photos might suggest. Otherwise, I would probably still stay again as the location is great, close to some great coffee shops, the lake, and the bus stop to the airport. Definitely can't complain for the price!

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was greeted warmly and the staff was very accommodating. My room was very clean and comfortable, so I immediately felt very comfortable there. The breakfast was tasty and cheap. I met the most friendliest staff. You can tell that the employees care a lot about customer satisfaction. As a solo traveler I can only recommend the hotel.

Location is ok. Complete breakfast menu. Hotel staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious, the air condition has a lot of dust (see photo). The bed sheet has tears (see photo).

Staff nice and helpful. Breakfast was poor, very little selection. The room was small but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was quite clean. Bed linen and towels changed daily. Very good location, close to the night market and the local Circle store. Generally, I recommend it.

I only stayed for one night, but the location was good, it was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The woman at the front desk was very kind and I had very fond memories of Vietnam.

The local reservation in Vietnam was repeated. We had already checked in, but we still couldn't cancel. It was unreasonable to charge an extra night's room rate. The room was at the level of most domestic budget hotels in all aspects. It was not very clean. There was a loud broadcast early in the morning, which was so noisy. I won't stay here again.

Jack the luggage carrier is friendly, and the reception staff are friendly. Airport taxis can be booked and cost 40,000 VND per kg of laundry. It's a 5-minute walk from the night market, but it's outside traffic control, so you can use a taxi.

I made a reservation for May 2023, but when I arrived on the day and showed the printed voucher, I was told that there was no reservation and was referred to another hotel.
