Arrived at the hotel at 1AM from a late night bus to be told that our pre booked room was unavailable due to a leak in the bathroom. We expected to be moved to another room however apparently the hotel was full. This meant that we were to be moved to another ‘hotel’ near here. The receptionist had initially suggested we ride on the back of a motorbike with our backpacks one at a time (meaning splitting up and leaving my girlfriend alone). I had to ask for them to book a taxi instead. The taxi had no idea where the hotel was and the bell boy who came with us had no idea either. On arrival at the ‘hotel’ we were met with a parking garage, there were no signs or any indication this was a hotel. There was a man on a camp bed who we were to pay for our room. They would not allow us to see the room before paying. As we felt very unsafe at this point we walked out of the parking garage and had to then walk around the city at 2am to find a hotel to stay in for the night. This was handled extremely poorly by the hotel, we were left very shaken up. Avoid this place.

The pillows and bed was so good Delicious spread of breakfast my partner and I always looked forward to! The staffs were nice and lovely especially Linh. Was amazing that we came back up to 3 times while touring.and plan to lodge there again when next we go to Vietnam

It is an amazing hotel with huge clean rooms. The rooftop pool is amazing and has amazing views of the lake. It is still close to local services. It is only a short Grab ride away from the Old Quarter. The buffet breakfast was amazing and delicious. The service was outstanding and letting us check in early was a lifesaver. Would highly recommend it and would stay again.

Fantastic staff, best breakfast ever!!. Only 1.2km walk to old quarter markets ect train and food street. Will most definitely stay again A+++ Pool great view amazing. Safe to walk at night and cafe and foot massage close by. Foot massage for 30mins 150000 dong most places.

Stayed with friends. Rooms were okay, but the massage experience was terrible. The masseurs chatted and used their phones. We felt like they were talking about us. Staff aggressively demanded tips, making us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. The woman even walked with us upstairs to make sure we would pay extra at the reception. This behavior is unacceptable in any hotel! Don’t go to the massage, you pay to much for a bad, unsafe and unpleasant experience. We stayed here one night only and I never want to go back.

More than happy to stay here during a family trip to Hanoi for 4 days. The hotel was recently opened, its interiors are well designed, the view from the higher floor is stunning, choice of breakfast buffet is perfect ( mix of local and western cuisine) and it varies. The room are beautiful, WiFi works great, smart TV gets a variety of options. The rooms and all premises are spotless, the staff works hard to promote the hotel which is really a boutique gem. What I like the most it’s the location, a 15 min walk or short Grab ride from the noisy Old Quarter. Once around, you have a lot of choice of local eateries, market, food stellars etc. The room is quiet and the food top swimming pool is just perfect. I would stay here again and recommand it with no doubts.

Had a great end of trip stay in beautiful Hanoi! Rooms were comfortable and roof top pool with view of lake very special. Location is tucked away from the chaos and the area is gorgeous to walk around. Trung, the hotel Porter/ Doorman is a legend and wonderful to chat with. Excellent English and a good sense of humour. All while keeping an eye on the other customers. He went out of his way to find info on some niche interests for us so we could have a great time in Hanoi! Thank you Trung, we will come visit again.
