very good services, location and food for a small hotel. Recommended

The hotel is well located. The staff are super friendly and helpful. However, there were marks on the sheets of the bed and no safe for the belongings in the bedroom. The room is quite noisy starting from 6a.m. in the morning and I believe that it is because the room is right on top of the kitchen and the breakfast area. So be aware if you want to get some sleep before hitting the road for the journey.

It was great, the manager on shift went out of her way to help us pack our breakfast because our flight was too early and couldnt make it for breakfast. The room was really clean and bed was cosy. Really enjoyed our stay and the service was great! Would recommend!

All the staff were kind and thoughtful. They also accommodated our requests for hanger rentals and transportation after check-out. We were given an upgrade to our room, and although we stayed in several hotels during this trip to Hanoi, this was the cleanest. The bathroom also had a nice smell and was easy to use. There weren't many varieties for breakfast, but everything was delicious. You can order a buffet and a main course, but you can also order pho and two omelets (maybe more?). It was a satisfying stay. Thank you.

There are many luxury hotels This hotel is small Very good cost performance beautiful and clean Great location, you can walk anywhere in Hanoi In addition to the breakfast buffet, they also cook several kinds of food for you. In Hanoi, there are many rooms on the bottom floor without windows. If you mainly eat lunch, please choose one with a window. I want to stay there next time I come to Hanoi

Nice staff, nice room, satisfied with it. The hotel is near the lake and restaurants. I enjoyed surroundings of this hotel as well.

The location is excellent and the staff is informative, professional, and friendly. We planned our transport to Ninh Binh, airport transfers and our overnight stay in Ha Long Bay with Golden Rooster. Anna replied promptly to all emails which made the process simple and stress-free. Thank you Anna, Emma and all other staff at Golden Rooster.

Everyone was incredibly attentive, helpful, and thorough. One small note for guests: if you are tall, splurge for a more expensive room. My husband is 6’7 (~200cm) and wasn’t able to fully stand up in the room we had. Normal sized people should be fine.

Anna and the staff at Golden Rooster were very kind and welcoming throughout the stay and we felt very well taken care of. The rooms are clean, very quiet, and the bed is so comfortable. Great location in the Old Quarter. Highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived until the time we left, 7 nights, the staff were informed, welcoming, attentive 24 hours a day. Anna and Emma were especially excellent, helping us feel at home. The position of the hotel is fabulous to walk to most of the areas to visit. I would most definitely return to this hotel again, and have no questions about refering it to other travellers to Hanoi.

It's a great hotel with all the expected amenities and more. The staff is always ready to help. The breakfast was more than what is offered at other hotels in the price range. The location is 10 minutes away from the party area, so that can be a plus for some. Cheaper rooms normally have no window or a window that opens to nothing.

The staff here were amazing. Made us feel welcome and went above and beyond. Highly recommend
