The room type is apartment. It is comfortable for a family to stay here as a complete facilities to cook the food.
The location is in the down-town of Ha Noi City and easy to travel around North. Vietnam. But thee towel smells not so good maybe caused by eco-friendly treatment.

I liked my room very much and the service was good. Breakfast was boring with few choices

The room is nice… bed a bit too soft but in general it is Somerset good standard… quit a comfortable choice….

staffs are not friendly at all Breakfast is too little choice... space are very small . Beds are very OLD ... locations is very noisy... not easy to get anywhere... Rooms & Lobby have strong Curry smell...

Location is half an hour drive from old quarter but it's very clean and housekeeping is good. Laundry powder is topped up everyday. There's convenience store downstairs as well as food shops in the vicinity.

My family loves the room where we can cook fresh seafood purchased from near by Cho Thanh Tan or Market Thanh Tan. There is a lot of food choices nearby. Free lounge at level 22 and also indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam & sauna! They have free shuttle buses to old town and supermarket so be sure to check with reception! I feel so at home there!
